Been staying at this hotel on and off since 1998. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Will be staying again if we visit Needles in the future.

Three nights stay key card did not work any of the times had to get it reprogrammed each time. Room was not cleaned on second day. guy at the counter on the way out said they’re only cleaned up on request. Will not be staying here again

Hotel was good. Staff at checkin was a bit rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was an additional $20 ($7 more on Expedia, but $20 more at the front desk.

Late night check in was very easy and Keith was very helpful with all questions we had. While coffee machine being out of order was I convenient, the morning desk attendant happily offered give us more coffee packets for our room machine. We opted for coffee ar Chevron next door, 1 min walk from room, which was very fresh coffee and easy commute!

The hotel is very dated. I need some renovation. I noticed that some of the furniture was being renovated, which looks good but they need to replace the carpet.

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Look forward to coming back. Staff at The Chillin Grill were great too. Breakfast was very good.

Great experience. The room was great and clean. The AC ran so well for it almost being 120 degree this weekend. The pool area was a little dirty but it had been a little windy. The staff was great and the breakfast was nice.

Needles isn't the greatest place to stay, but if you need to, this is the best place! The room was large, clean, and ready for us. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

Well we booked it because we were trying to avoid the heat of the day. I knew it would be hot but I expected the room to be cool. There was no air on when we arrived at 2 am. They know what room they are giving us hours before we arrive. Why couldn’t they cut the air conditioning on before we got there. We walked into a sauna room and needed sleep. Needless to say it was 3:30 before the room was cool enough to sleep in it.

The front desk person Isaiah is amazing. We’ve been dealing with loads of hotels this week and this guy was over the top awesome in terms of customer service. The room is clean, the bed linen was clean, the AC was already on.

The room was immaculate, and the A/C was a huge help in the heat wave. We didn't get in to Needles until after 4am, and the person at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Check out in the morning was with two people who went out of their way in helping us fill all our water bottles with ice water after we checked out. Best possible stay considering we were there for less than 10 hours, would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area!
