Hotel moderne, chambre claire à décoration récente. Hôtel bien isolé car peu de bruit malgré la présence de l'autoroute à côté.

Wir haben beim Empfang extra gesagt, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer haben möchten. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer zur Autobahnseite in der 3. Etage. Die LKWs fahren dort 24/7. Der Lärmpegel ist unerträglich!!

Schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer (frisch saniert). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und brachte mir extra meine Wasserflasche, die ich bei der Rezeption vergessen hatte, zum Auto nach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, vom Angebot her halt typischer US Standard. Needles eignet sich als guter Zwischenstopp auf der Reise vom Grand Canyon kommend nach LA. Von hier aus ist es nicht mehr so weit zu den Sanddünen in der Mojave Wüste (Tipp: in Needles tanken, oder besser noch zuvor Arizona, später auf der Strecke durch die Mojave Wüste wird es teuer!).

Betten und Kissen waren sehr gut. TV war sehr groß

Genervte Dame beim Checkin. TV ohne Smart Funktion (kein netflix und Co) Aber das schlimmste : EXTREM UNSAUBER. Bettenlacken mit Flecken. Haare in verschiedenen Formen und Farben im Duschbereich. Eckelige Flecken auf Fliesen und Waschtisch. Ecken voller Staub und Schmutz. Als ich barfuß vom Bett zur Dusche gegangen bin hat sich der Duschbereich schwarz gefärbt. Und das lag nicht daran das ich nie Dusche. Das war nur der Dreck den ich zur Dusche mitgenommen habe. Ich hoffe ich bekomme keinen Fußpilz. Wir hatten extra dieses teurere Hotel gewählt damit wir in einem sauberen Ambiente nächtigen können. So etwas hätte ich für 50 $ in jedem Motel günstiger haben können. Vielleicht sogar sauberer.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and quiet.

Common bathroom was dirty with no paper towels. When we arrived the hot water urn in the lobby was luke warm. Bed sloped to the edge.

$50 fee for pets is steep. I would rather have a refundable deposit and pay for any damage.

明らかにベッドシーツを交換しておらず、枕に前の人の髪の毛が大量に付いていました。 スタッフにクレームを言うレベルでしたが、早く寝たかった為自分で掃除しました。 とても不快でした。

This is only a one year old motel that is so much better than any other accommodations I've stayed in Needles. The others were all older and no where near as nice. The staff at the Hampton Inn are outstanding. Made me feel appreciated. The breakfast was great.

Everything within the Hampton Inn was great. The traffic noise from I-40 and a frontage road was a bit loud. That's the only thing that I wish was different. I would still stay here again.

Not much

Very ugly room. Wall decor, bed, curtain - nothing went well together. Incredibly cheap polyester linen that came off completely at night. The room looked like it was designed by someones „cousin, who would do it for free“

The breakfast was great, as expected; all the food was fresh. The location was good. You will have a lot to explore if you are not traveling for work.

I would say the laundromat could be improved, I didn’t like the way it set it up. I would like to see the laundry instead of using an app or signing up for another service.

Nice hotel

There’s not a lot to do or see in Needles. If you need a hotel just for stopover, this is a good choice.

It’s new and clean

Beds were comfy, workout room was great.

Just an observation. I arrived for breakfast on time, but the last day breakfast was changed from 10 to 9am on labor day because of a change on Friday. I think waiting to Tuesday when most of your guests left would have been better. Also, the front desk staff rarely said hi or by or have a good day. Breakfast was the same everyday! Maybe a change from day to day.

It was nice to have breakfast since there were no restaurants nearby to go

New hotel. Immaculate and architecturally impressive. Worth the stay. And the pizza 🍕 joint across the parking lot was great !!

Air conditioner too noisy. It was impossible sleeping all the night
