The house is beautiful inside! Has everything you need for the weekend and was very comfortable . Home owners are super easy to work with and made sure everything was dialed in when we got there. Highly recommend

First in for most they were a great host! Super communicative, and responsive. The house while 4 miles from the river, what is an average house with not many amenities but overall was affective for what we needed. My only issue was not being able to move the air conditioning below 75 degrees. Unfortunately we went on a week where it was in the 120 range, so it was challenging to get comfortable in the house at times. I am confident the owners did the best they could to make it work for me. I would definitely recommend this house to friends. I even left my shoes accidentally in the closet, several pairs to be exact, they were quite expensive. I am working with the host to get them back to me ASAP. They are good people!

This is a beautiful home. We were a family of 7 and we had plenty of room. Most everything you need was provided. It’s close to Avi, it’s 30 minutes to Bullhead City. Very clean and well taken care of.

Nice place and good location. Owners are extremely responsive. Bring your own ice and coffee pods for the Kurig. BBQ is great condition. Neighborhood is clean and plenty of room to park your toys.

This property was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean, well stocked with all utensils in the kitchen, including a Keurig! Awesome! I also really appreciated being able to park in the garage because of the extreme heat! Overall, I had an amazing weekend and the owners were extremely easy to contact if I had any questions. I will definitely be coming back!

We rented this house for a family weekend on the river. This house is very nice, extreamly clean and has a really comfortable feel to it. Not far from Jacks to launch which makes it nice after spending a long day on the water. This is just a great place to stay.

After 15 plus years of staying at the Casinos in Laughlin we decided to try a house. We can not say enough good things about this property, or the owner. We actually felt "at home" in this house. Everything is so comfortable, and the area is very relaxing. You are only about 10/15 minutes from any night life you may want. There is a casino even closer that offers all gaming as well as really nice restaurants. You have everything you need within that 10/15 minutes. Grocery stores, regular shopping, anything... We had room to park our motorcycle trailer and the garage gave us room for a vehicle plus the bike.

This is definitely one of the best rivers homes that I've stayed at. Will definitely come back and stay longer next time. The property manager makes this place very clean and I really enjoyed everything here.

Spacious home with a resort like feel. My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. House is modern and very clean with plenty of living space. It is centrally located to the river and the resorts. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the outdoor deck is great for grilling and spending quality time with the family. Highly recommended if you are planning a trip to the desert.
