Very motel more than hotel. We had an upper room and it was still quite noisy. It’s a short walk to the park but besides that it is nothing but a bed in a crowded room. We will just spend the extra money and stay at a on resort hotel.

Went to Disney w family of four 7/9 yo children. Perfect stay. The outdoor pool was nice and we could mobile order at Panera and pick it up on our walk into the park.
Would highly recommend and stay again.

This is a great location to be in walking distance of the Disneyland Resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. I'd stay here again.

Staff could use training on normal property procedures and charges, received multiple different responses about one seemingly simple question (final result: was charged of course). My family's room was also not equipped with a full privacy curtain -- two panels of curtains ran about 1/4 way across the window on each side leaving 1/2 the window in middle completely open to passersby. Called down to front desk and were told someone would evaluate; this was not done. Steep parking policy -- $27/day fee and had to be off property by checkout time (if going to park across street, had to move vehicle elsewhere).

The service by all the staff was great. The only negative was cleanliness, so I took off a star. The location was also great.

Access to main entrance to Disneyland was great! The staff was always pleasant they greeted us with smiles every time we came in. The ice water was always filled in the lobby which was amazing as it was over 100 degrees every day we were there! The room was clean and beds were comfortable
The only downside was the air conditioner was either on full blast and really cold or off altogether and the room heated up really fast. As I mentioned earlier it was over 100degrees and that probably contributed to the air conditioner not keeping the temperature regulated very well

The location was good, restaurants close but off site. A mini store ($$) but with most things you may need. The rooms and site is ok, not as nice as I expected but not bad. The attention to detail was lacking. My TV didn’t work and shower gels/shampoo was empty on arrival. Nothing special but not bad either.

The hide a bed was extremely narrow, mattress was only about 2 inches thick so the springs were hard to sleep on and every time you moved it was very noisy. On the whole I would not recommend staying in a room with 5 people if you had to use the hide a bed.

Great place... Super walkable to disney! No breakfast but hotel surrounded by tons of places to eat.. They also stay open really late... The only gripe was the bed wasn't that comfy... Otherwise great hotel... Will definitely stay here again!

Overall very clean. I asked for upgrade and didnt get it because the receptionist said he cant do for 5 days when half the hotel was empty. A day after check out and still didnt get final email with invoice or bill. Easy access to Disneyland. Rooms are dated with no cutleries.

Super convenient and quick walk to Disney. Staff was very friendly. Room could have had a once over prior to our arrival. There were missed areas that needed cleaning but nothing that a call to house keeping couldn’t fix.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at with a reasonable price.. I booked this hotel because I watched videos on how convenient it was to stay here by other guests from the past. I recommend this hotel to anyone with families going to Disneyland too. I will definitely book with them the next trip to Disneyland. Also may I add how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

We liked the walkability to Disneyland. Parking was good, but wish it wasn't so expensive! The pool was nice and refreshing. We could hear our neighbors in the room above and beside, but it wasn't too bad. We were able to see the fireworks at Disneyland every night without being in the crowds at the park!

They said the pool was heated but it wasn’t what I expected. It was still cold. Price is decent for being so close to Disneyland and how clean the hotel is. It’s close McDonald’s and Panera Bread too.
