Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.

Price and amenities

This was an inexpensive hotel but free would still be too much. Fire alarms went off repeatedly through the night. Room was clean but smelled musty. Bed was noisy and springs were bad. I was assigned an occupied room.

Hotels are definitely not as clean as they should be.

Odd smell

From check in to check out the staff was amazing. our shower was like going to heaven. Everything was super clean. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast selection. They ran out of orange juice and when I mentioned it they replaced it immediately and apologized. I would love to go back.

I did get a smoking room, so the smell was not the best, but is was a smoking room and you would expect that. Other then that, worth the money.

The stay was not so good the comforter made us itchy and felt like a curtain, also it looked like this whole place use to be a Motel space. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you were passing through from off the road and needed somewhere to crash for a few hours, Best Western quality went down forsure..

This hotel stay was unplanned and needed to be efficient as we were in a time crunch. I booked this hotel based on the ammenities listed on the site, and jsut needed sleep. What I walked in to was a front desk clerk that was busy watching a movie on a laptop, provided no information other than, "you're on the 2nd floor". The doorknob to the bathroom was loose and I got locked in the bathroom. My husband had to get me out by holding the other side of the door. The shower curtain - right next to the toilet had what looked like feces or vomit on it (which I only noticed AFTER) taking a shower. There was used soap in the shower which I thought was my husband's AND I USED IT! That is such a disgusting feeling. I went to use the shampoo, and the container was empty. I had to wash my hair with body wash. The room overall was uncomfortable. It smelled extremely musty and the A/C took 2+ hours to cool the room to 71 degrees. We ended up switching beds half way through the night because it was so uncomfortable and LOUD. The springs would pop if you shifted or rolled. I was completely disappointed in this hotel. When I attempted to tell the front desk when checking out, he just kept repeating "bathroom?" and "house keeping?" I just gave up. It was the worst experience. Never again. I was the front desk supervisor for a Sheraton and I would NEVER have allowed this to go unfixed. Guests need to be taken care of so that they WANT to return, and share a good experience.

I have stayed at several Best Westerns and this one was disappointing. The cleanliness was not on par with what I am used to for a Best Western. I definitely felt the cost of the room was higher than the quality we received. Driving into this location is off of a busy road with no traffic light to turn onto the road the hotel is on. This left a constant long line of traffic always waiting to turn.

The door didn’t close easily. They have laundry but no change machine. Overall dirty property. Small and musty room. Average breakfast at best. A creepy lady in the lobby that scared my son. The guy that checked us in wasn’t helpful with a simple extra blanket and towel request. The young lady stocking breakfast and helping with checkout did an excellent job and was very helpful and polite.

Found 2 different dirty socks in room Breakfast was always low and trash bins overflowing Pool wasnt open Staff was not friendly at front desk and not helpful

Good service and clean rooms

The room smelled awful! Like someone tried to cover up smoke with cologne. Stains on the bedding

this hotel was clean enough, bed's uncomfortable, the pool was empty and covered, the breakfast was not good, the staff unfriendly, area was noisy. I would not stay here again.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not available. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. I feel they should update their website with the information that the pool is not open until Best Western okays the pool. Very deceptive

It was in a good location for my travel plan. The staff was very pleasant.

For what we needed for just a night's stay, this was fine. The lobby is very small, so while they do offer a complimentary breakfast that does have hot items, I would not plan on eating in the area, but instead returning to your room to eat. Location is good - we had an event at the Convention Center and the drive there and back was simple.

The girl that checked us in was great, very pleasant and helpful. The containers on the wall with shampoo and body gel were both empty. Everything else was wonderful

The soap and shampoo dispensers were kinda hard to get amount needed to clean hands and hair. That would be my only complaint.

The bedspread in our room was not clean. The carpet was sticky. They need better house keeping.

Stayed in a non smoking room, though you’d have not known it walking in. Musty smell. But nothing horrible. Nice choice of pillows. Water in shower was hot with good pressure. A/C worked well. TV remote didn’t work well. Lady at the reception desk was very pleasant and nice.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable & breakfast was good. No shower gel or shampoo in containers in shower. Overall nice stay for price!
