All good but outside fountain/pool could be cleaned up a bit

Very nice and very clean hotel. Entrance was beautiful. Seemed very secure. Location was in a quiet place. We would definitely stay there again.

Went for a funeral service and needed a quiet hotel for sleep. Property was clean and quiet. Easy access to main roads and convinces. Quick check in and out. Very clean!! Staff was friendly!! I liked that there was a small bar in the lobby and a nice place to enjoy company by the fire in the lobby. This was a fantastic value for what I paid for the room. Stayed 2 nights over a weekend.

Jane who checked us in at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Eric, the shuttle driver, took us to and picked us up from dinner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and provided us with several great recommendations. Our suite was well-appointed and clean and the soaking tub and walk-in shower were a big plus and the promised view did not disappoint. We were happy to have a quiet floor and end room. I booked this room to also have the club access and enjoyed the spacious and quiet club with snacks.

Incredibly noisy!! The heat/air sounded like someone put a brick in a dryer and let it cycle.

Overall stay was great, staff was great, restaurant food was great, only problem is the room was cold and when I turned the heat up , the heater was extremely loud with a clacking sound, however i had to deal with it to get the room warm after a few hours it would quiet but woke me every night as the sound would come back, i was disappointed when i wasn’t offered any compensation for having to deal with the noise,

All of the food at the buffet was barely warm.

Nice enough location. But went on a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving wed-sun) and there were only a max of 20 cars the entire time, so fairly empty. But they packed everyone on the same floor or two. Which was annoying as we were placed in an ajoining room. So a door between and people were in the other room. Young girls the last night which was just so not cool with loud kids all night. Why would you not space people out? Horribly managed. Housekeeping also stated cleaning at like 6am on Saturday morning. Banging and vacuuming since 6am. Also.... put everyone on a floor with a broken ice machine. Way less then expected. Won't be back, won't recommend. Pick somewhere else.

The staff took very good care of us—we had a wonderful time, and felt the hotel was clean, food was delicious and we always feel very safe there. The ice machine was down on the 11th floor, and although we mentioned it to many employees, nothing was fixed during the two nights we were there. But that was our only issue while there, but just thought as an FYI, you’d want to know. Overall through, great stay, and I gave you 5 stars. Thank you!

Very clean

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the person who greeted me at the front desk, to the person who checked me out. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and on-site amenities were exceptional. I was here for a conference and the food was great too! Special shout out to Lisa at Blue Birches for her top-notch service!

The shower head was leaking. I expected more from Marriott. I don't like the idea is a sink out in the open.

Beds were very comfortable! The sink, bathroom, and shower areas lacked towel bars where you could hang damp wash cloths & towels to dry for next day's use. The breakfast buffet was picked over and not very warm. We decided to skip it the second morning. The receptionists at the front desk were very kind & helpful especially when we called back after returning home to report that I had left a pair of shoes in the room. They recovered my shoes and had them sent UPS immediately. THANK YOU!!

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working while we were there.

Check in clerk wasn't friendly and didn't make us feel welcome. He was unable to swipe my card and informed me he had to key in the number in front of others. So much construction around the area just made things inconvenient. The room was fine, bed pillows were terrible, overall the stay was average.

I loved it, the facilities are very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly, everyone was very kind, my only recommendation for it to be a perfect hotel is that they improve the quality of more pillows, they are soft, but if they were firmer they would be better.

Nice and Clean. Quiet stay

I searched and selected this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. I planned a "mini staycation" before the crazy, busy days of the new school year. Imagine my disappointment when I got on my swimsuit, grabbed my book to read and walked down to the pool area only to discover the hot tub was closed due to PH levels. I was so disappointed, the specific reason I picked your Marriott was to relax and soak in the hot tub. I live nearby (10 minutes) and just wanted a little mini retreat. I take care of my elderly parent living with advanced Alzheimer's and just wanted to relax. Photo 1 taken Friday evening at 8:56pm, Photo 2 taken Saturday morning at 6:31 am and Photo 3 taken Saturday 8:02am. I was unable to use during my overnight stay. So unfortunate.

We were accommodated from the start with wanting a high floor level. Driving distance to local destinations was reasonable. Overall great stay.
