The hotel was under construction and remodeling. This was not noted on your web site. The walls are paper thin and we listened all night to the elevator and surrounding rooms. This this the last time I use hotels.com

Nice hotel. Quiet location. Great breakfast with LOTS of choices. Only issue was that the hot tub was more of a luke warm tub. Other then that friendly staff and centrally located.

Check in was bizarre. Every check in took a very long time for people in front of me and behind me. Lady at the front desk had an AirPod in the entire time and was talking to somebody. After handing over my credit card and ID she went to the back room for several minutes before returning. We questioned what was going on and she said she would call hotels.com after we are checked in which doesn’t seem right. Then on the registration she had us in a room on the second floor but the room key was for a room on the fourth floor. I feel the need to watch credit card transactions for a while as the whole experience was bizarre.

Hotel was really nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice. Really loved the long bathroom counter, for a family of 4 it was great. Only complaint was the thin walls. The room above us was really loud and creaky. Good neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower head was very dirty around the edges where the water flows out. It only sprayed water around these edges, no adjustments.
The light switch at the door controlled 2 lights. So the desk light was unusable at night to charge devices.
It wasn’t awful but I won’t stay there again.

Reasonably priced. Although they are remodeling, work was only completed between 8 & 5. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was good. And there was a walking path nearby the hotel!

I haven't stayed in a hotel lately where you hear the occupants in the floor above me. They kept me up at night and woke me up at 5:00am. Need to work on the sound proofing.

The Customer Service was excellent and friendlythe facility was very good. The hot breakfast was excellent
My suggestion, though, is to change the 4000-5000K Compact Fluorescent bulbs with a more homey 2500K bulb. The bulbs were very white and did not add a warm feeling to the room

Very very clean. Hotel was located right off the highway. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that are even walkable from the hotel. Staff was outstanding and friendly. Great little hotel store with a variety of snacks. Breakfast was great! Best of all coffee was hot and fresh. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. That would have been ok, but the front desk did not say anything to anyone staying there. A heads up would have been nice.

When we arrived, there was a young boy running around the lobby and breakfast area. He was jumping up onto the luggage carts by the doors and sliding around on the sofa in the lobby area. Since there weren’t any other guests checking in, I wasn’t sure why he was there. When we left a little later, he was sitting with the check-in clerk in the breakfast area.
Breakfast was very nice.
The fan in our bathroom sounded like a plane taking off and the mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on.

Third room had only a fold out sofa as second bed, and didn’t have sufficient bedding for it. Because we booked through a third party(Hotels.com) they were initially reluctant to move us. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Microwave in room is a plus. There are a few restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water is not hot enough. The conditioner spayed to my eyes when pressed.
