Its not a bad place. The staff was sometimes friendly. Parking is great. No restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was better than adequate.

There are absolutely better options in the area within this price range. Our keycards opened occupied rooms with guests inside. Dirty towels left in bathroom. Guests receiving mistaken charges. Unresponsive desk staff. Large student groups. New keycards needed every day due to programming key errors. Not secure rooms.

I have stayed at a few home2suites. and really have no complaints. If I had to be nicpicky I would say breakfast selection was a weak point. It was still good just not a selection. no meat option that i saw(bacon,sausage ect.)

Great, safe location. It was 20 minutes from everywhere our family was headed - downtown Minneapolis, downtown St. Paul, Mall of America, etc. It was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was great - although a little redundant after a while. One lady that worked M-F always made sure the breakfast area was stocked and clean and went above and beyond. Grateful for her!
We stayed for 7 nights here. We would have rated the hotel higher but our room was only serviced once during our stay - only towels and trash were changed. Our beds were never made, carpet never vacuumed or refreshed. We even asked on two different days and our request was never granted on those days.
The pool was open when we first arrived but apparently had issues at the end of our stay - so our family wasn’t able to utilize it at the end of our stay which was disappointing.

Somewhat of a remote location with some distance to shopping and restaurants. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

The property is as described. However we didn’t sleep well at all. Something about the air. Also the mattresses were too soft and saggy. Didn’t like the breakfast cuz the cheese used in the omelets was all American cheese.

The room was very spacious and clean. It feels like a brand new hotel. The hot tub was under maintenance, that’s our only complaint. There are nice outdoor spaces with tables and couches which we appreciate.

We love this property! There is only one thing I would like to see that’s not available: it would be really nice to be able to stream from Amazon, Netflix, paramount, etc in our room. They have cable- but unfortunately not much to watch other than news, infomercials and sports. Just a recommendation for the future- we have recommended this hotel to friends and they have all been impressed. Thank you for a great visit!

We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. I don’t really like staying at hotels but this hotel I would stay at again. It was in a quiet, safe area, and very comfy.

Cons: It is next to a highway so there was traffic noise throughout the night. Room smelled a little funky but the sheets smelled amazing! Breakfast buffet was not that great.

Great check-in process and friendly front desk personnel. The Sunday morning breakfast staff was not very fast at all. It seemed like she didn't know where anything was or what to do. People were waiting for a long time for food. There was no apology or sense of urgency on her part. The room was fantastic for our family. It was nice and spacious.

Room still wasnt ready at 4pm. We came back later and for the inconvenience were given bottled water. The elevator broke so we had to climb four floors of stairs. Room amenities were basic.

Comfortable room. Loved the curtain between the living and bed spaces. Breakfast was the same all four days, but had a good variety. Very nice staff.

First, check in was a struggle. The gentleman accidentally charged us for our stay even though it was paid for. Second, our room was missing a chair for the desk which we needed for a zoom meeting. Third, water pressure from the shower head was zero. There was barely water coming out. Overall not a great experience.

Matt the general manager was absolutely the best! He was there both days of our stay and from check in to check out, he made our stay extremely enjoyable. He helped us with restaurant directions and took time to chat with us even though he was busy with other things. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable which is hard to find for me as I have back issues. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again when in the area .

Great breakfast options and friendly staff. Rooms have a good size fridge, dish washer, and an optional burner to cook your own food. I also like that they have a cheap laundry option so you can wash everything before you check out. There is also an exercise room in the same area. This is the second time I've stayed here and it never disappoints.

Overall good experience. Clean and nice staff. Only gripe was loud both fri and sat nights. Not too too late on the loudness but for quite a bit after we were trying to sleep. Was willing to pay thw extra money for this stay as every other time we stayed it was super quiet. Don’t know if would book again because of the noise.

I have stayed here before. It has amazing breakfasts. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels in the Twin Cities. This hotel is at the top of my list for where I will stay. We drove 20 mins just stay here as I refused to stay near my daughter's apartment in Columbia Heights.

I was disappointed with our experience here. We never actually did stay. We had a child get sick so had to stay at home, however we had family staying in the same area. We were too late to cancel our reservation and when we asked if we could transfer the room to a family member who needed one we were told no. So we had to pay a one night stay cancellation fee and could not even allow our family members to use the room.

Check in was terrible. I had requested adjoining rooms when I had booked, along with also calling a month before our stay. They had us on separate floors.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Will be staying at this location on future visits to Minneapolis.
