Hotel had great restaurants within the facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive.Metro about quarter of a mile. Very nice area. The only thing that was a bummer was the pool was closed for renovation. It would have been nice after a long hot day

This is a name brand and supposedly upscale hotel, Is very nicely decorated and clean downstairs in the lobby and business areas. But I will never stay at this dirty hotel again and probably never again at any Doubletree ever again. Their signature fresh warm cookies were made who knows when and while kept in a warmer...were hard as rocks. First room they put us in was filthy and had a young girl singing in the room next to us who you could hear from the elevator which was not close by the room. She apparently had headphones on so she never heard anyone trying to ask her to be quiet. That is not an excuse for poor behavior OR the hotel not having any kind of sound proofing between rooms. Next they put us in a different room and it was even less clean. But biologicals on the shower liner( looked like snot) serious soapscum on the shower head, stains on the carpet and the curtains of who knows what. Dirt all over the floor...I felt like i couldn't walk anywhere in that room at all without seeing issues. All this with a cost of more than twice what i paid at the watermark the night before. $threefifty Save yourselves and nust stay away.

Good clean Property

Great hotel next to Tyson’s Corner with easy access to the mall. I had a room on the 4th floor however the view wasn’t great. Directly outside was the HVAC units for the hotel. It wasn’t noisy but felt like I was in an apartment.

I thought the wallpaper behind the beds was unique

All services were the best and high standard.

Everything was great! Walls were just a little thin. I didn't have anyone loud but i k ew the person upstairs from me or next door when they were in the shower and in the room. Nothing severe, but enough to make me and my son look at each other and wonder what that noise was and check to see if we left water running. Otherwise great location, safe, convenient to DC, anf wonderful team! As a single woman with her child i was perfectly comfortable being here.

Great overall. One complaint is the AC noise when it goes back on.

The hotel and its outdoor areas where large and very nice. Everything was clean. However rooms did not live up to the rest of the hotel. While clean, you could hear everything. People talking in the rooms beside us, doors slamming in the hall and people walking in room above us. Also room could us more luxuries. We only got 2 towels. No table to sit and the bathroom did not have a vent fan. This us needed in evety hotel!

Nice comfortable hotel that meets every need. The buffet breakfast was disappointing for the money. $20 for an uninspired selection. The hot food was warm at best and the cold selection didn't include salmon for bagels or any cheeses.

Clean room. Nice, efficient staff. Firm mattress.

Convenient, clean property. Many nice indoor and outdoor seating options for our group to socialize outside our rooms.

The room was very nice although smaller than I anticipated. The picture made it seem more spacious. There were 4 of us and it was a bit tight. Employees were all polite and very responsive to our needs but somewhat chilly in nature. Nothing to really complain about just not warm and fuzzy. Perhaps they are more attuned to professionals and not vacationers. Beds were a little too firm. I had requested a handicap accessible room but did not get one. As a result, I could not bring my electric scooter to the room to charge. As a retiree whose career took me to many hotels, I provide this feedback as an opportunity to hear candid feedback. Thx for a reasonably comfortable stay.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom but the hotel downstairs outside the restaurant smelled like back up sewer mixed with mold and mildew.

Combined a business trip into sight seeing with family of DC monuments and museums. Hotel is close to Metro for easy ride into DC. The host/GM of the breakfast in the morning is Mr. Safet, who is the epitome of friendly and accommodating.

We were in town for a college graduation. Accomodations were great. Complimentary water and cookies were a treat. Even Gluten Free cookies Beds were so comfortable My only complaint would be hair dryer and walls are very thin And you can hear your neighbors
