My bf and I enjoyed our stay very much. I was very impressed by Double Tree's obviously high standards of cleanliness and customer service. The fantastic water pressure didn't hurt, either lol. We will be returning soon.

The property was very nice, the doors on the room were hard to open.

Staff was very helpful when looking for dining options. View was beautiful.

Perfect location, rooms fresh and clean. Would definitely visit again, did have to chase housekeeping a bit for supplies, but this is a minor nit. Great vacation experience.

This was a last minute trip, pictures online are definitely deceiving, property definitely needs updating. Staff was GREAT, very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner is extremely loud. Recommend placing beach towels in rooms. Overall stay was good

Access to the beach and free parking.

Our stay was ruined by loud machine, or elevator motor noise right over our bed starting at 6:30 AM. The staff moved us to another room. We had no room for about 4 hours and they never offered any rebates or comps of any kind. The new room still had the noise but not as loud. That was our second, and last ever stay at this Hilton.

Rooms were up to date and clean and roomy. Corner balcony is a must

View was beautiful, great location, rooms are very functional for traveling with family/kids. However, the roof top pool was closed, during one our days the outdoor pool was closed for chemicals. The indoor pool floor area was very wet & slippery. The windows were filthy dirty. housekeeping management is poor. Garbage in the ice/ vending room from Sunday- Wednesday was still there overflowing.

From checking in to checking out Staff was amazing! Raquel front desk was great so was dave/don wuth the beard my son LOVED him! Indoor/outdoor pool both great SUPER close to the jolly amusement park discounts were given for the park and warm cookies at check out. We will be back next summer TY

spacious rooms and balcony ( we got the corner room ) rooms clean , 2 bathrooms , clean hotel in general , indoor and outdoor pool , hot tub !!! definitely coming back !!

Great location! Staff very friendly

The hotel was pricey. Right rooftop The pool was closed, and there were not enough lounge chairs for guests. Hotel It was rundown and dirty. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. We had to track down the cleaning service for towels. Nobody came by to clean our room during our four-day stay.

Summer 2024. The room was spacious and clean. Nice full size refrigerator. The property was clean. The beach was not crowded and people were friendly. Hotel staff nice and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Front desk people weren’t very friendly and welcoming.

The room had an excellent relaxing view of the ocean. Corner balcony was large enough for four people. The room was very clean, house keeping was superb. The bar had a great selection and all of the staff were wonderful. The worst thing was having to go home.

Convenient location, clean and nice outdoor facilities ie pools, fire pit, etc.

We had a great time on our stay at the double tree (second year in a row) They do a great job with up keep of the rooms. Really good noise isolation from the outside. It's a one minute walk to the beach. What I love most about the hotel's location is that it's away from the board walk and on the quiet end of the beach. A lot less traffic and noise. They have a Starbucks on site and they have an amazing restaurant on the second floor call the Marlin Moon. Very nice ambience for dinner, lunch and breakfast is fantastic! Everything we had at the Marlin Moon was absolutely amazing!! Indoor pool, outdoor pool with bar, rooftop pool. You will not regret it!*****

This 4 star hotel really interest me because of the reviews rating it as exceptional, and the pictures. Let me just say that I would not rate it exceptional and definitely not a 4 star but more a 2 star. First of all the hotel is very old and outdated. It states that there’s 2 outdoor pools however one of them was not operational. The indoor pool was old. All linens such as in room towels, bed sheets and pool towels were very old and stained. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool. There was room to add more chairs but the hotel didn’t seem to have many chairs. The hotel restaurant was advertised as one of the best in Ocean City but the food was mediocre at best. Our second meal there, one entrée was cold and not prepared properly, and the other entrée had a food item that was uncooked. On a positive note one male receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming every time we would come in. He was very helpful and very good with children.

Liked property location, restaurant food, and music/ambience in restaurant. Restaurant Service was slow. Did not like hotel guest have to pay for parking and garage is shared with regular beach goers. The worst was the elevator lines to get to high rise rooms.

Please use a different cleaning product. The smell of Fabuloso cleaner is nauseating throughout the hotel. Manager and staff were excellent and tried to accommodate!

Stay was great! Right off the beach staff was excellent!

My family and I had a great experience here. Only thing that was annoying, which nobody was at fault for, was by the time the housekeepers came to our room to clean up, it was the same time my family and I had to start getting ready for the evening. They always came late in the afternoon and I believe that was because of the location of the room at the end of the hall. The first night my family and I left the room to give them time to clean but that pushed our evening plans out further than what we wanted because of my two toddlers. They became overtired at the restaurant which made for a fun dinner for me and my wife. After that first night, they came again in the very late afternoon and we had to turn them away. We turned the housekeeping staff away for the rest of our stay and we would just grab new towels. Like I said, nobody at fault here. Just a heads up to guests with toddlers getting a room at the end of the hall assigned to them.

Front desk is not support. If you are requesting for room cleaning they don’t send anyone. Not much friendly in the front desk people.
