The design of the hotel (eg the furniture and amenities) is well done. Breakfast is included!

The room was spacious and well equipped. The bar in the main lobby was nice and welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited.
Some of the furniture was stained and could use a good cleaning or replacement.
The bathroom light on a timed motion detector is silly. The light would turn off after 5 minutes while I was in the shower. Not a good thing when you have to wake up very early in the morning and find yourself in pitch darkness covered in soup and water.
Not sure who the genius is, but he might want to reconsider that brilliant move if someone slips and decides to chat with a lawyer.

Our room (301) was next to the elevator. However, it didn’t share a wall with the elevator. We could hear the elevator in our room quite clearly, and you couldn’t hear it standing right outside the elevator. Clearly something was off. Additionally, the train on that side of the building was quite loud.

Everything was okay except the water pressure in the shower, it was horrible this is for room 405.

My husband is in a wheelchair and I reserved Ada room. However, the bed was so high that it was very difficult to transfer from the wheelchair. The shower was suppose to be a roll in shower, but the lip at the bottom prevented access. We were not given a goodie bag. The breakfast eggs and sausage had too much water in the serving tray. Employees were polite but not friendly.

We stayed one night. We were greeted upon checkin. Checkin was easy. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but clean. The bathroom door does not have a lock. There is a train on the backside of the hotel that goes buy and blows its horn. You can hear it, but it didn't bother me. Other than that the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good with self serve waffles, pancakes, cereal, bacon & eggs. It was busy when we went down and it took a while to get a waffle since there was only one machine and they ran out of milk. Check out was quick & easy too. I'd stay here again.

Why is the Quinta still using little bottles for shampoo instead of containers on the shower wall. Too much plastic and styrafoam plates and plastic cups.

The hotel was great, everything was very clean. We had breakfast and it was great. The only con was that the WiFi and reception were horrible anywhere in the hotel.

The only thing I will complain about is parking. There was no parking!!!

During this trip there was a construction company staying at the hotel. The large dump trucks parked alongside the hotel building rather than in the empty large parking area towards the back of the hotel. Somewhat of an inconvenience / disturbance when the trucks started up and pulled away quite early in the am.

front desk was nice. Quite lil bar the Continental breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is house keeping would knock at the door at 9:30. We even had a do not disturb sign on the door. They did that both night we stayed. We didn’t appreciate the disturbance.

All of the employees were extremely attentive. Our rooms were emaculatly cleaned and the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast is great.

We stayed two nights and both nights there was no hot water throughout the hotel. My whole family had to shower with cold water.

I really enjoyed the 24 hour gym and pool. Staff was kind and let my family come swim along with us. Breakfast was acceptable and the gym has to be one of the best hotel gyms in the area.

This room was huge and comfortable! Super clean, comfortable, and a great price!! Beds are the most important to me on a trip, and we were very comfortable in these. :)
