I am a person that enjoys traveling and staying in a nice hotel is a very special experience.
I gave this hotel a 5 star rating for many reasons. I will start with the first reason, when you walk in the environment feels welcomed. Secondly the room was clean and spacious. When I asked the front desk for more towels they provided them without hesitation. Third the pool and jacuzzi were at a cozy room temperature. And finally the continental breakfast was delicious and had many options.Thank you SpringHill hotel by Marriott for doing a great job!

Hotel receptionist was awesome when it came to check in and just generally being pleasant. The property was also nice, in an out of the way area off the highway. There’s a Black Bear Diner next door which was super convenient. Room was great too; spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. One of my best hotel experiences

Nice roadside motel, perfect for our 1 night stay to rest from a long drive. Room was very clean and great for 2 adults and 3 kiddos. Breakfast was good too!

A lot of dust and hair in cubby storage under bathroom sink. Swimming pool is closed for refurbishing according to a posted sign. Picture on website makes the room look spacious. Room was very small. Check in attendant took 40.00 from my debit to cover any incidentals according to her. There wasn’t any waters left in our room which was one example she used as an incedental to drink. She stated the money would be put back in my account as long as I didn’t drink the waters. Very weird. Only two luggage carts in lobby to carry luggage to room. We ended up carrying our luggage up because they couldn’t find the carts.

We got a room facing the freeway and we heard no traffic noise whatsoever we were able to sleep soundly all through the night. The room was very spacious and staff was very friendly

The hotel is newer and the room was very nice with a separate sitting area with a desk and day bed. My only complaint is that the closet was locked and there were no hooks or any place to hang a coat or anything else.
The breakfast provided was very good, one of the best in our travel experience, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels or English muffins. The hot cooked oatmeal was great with many toppings.
The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The hotel and a Black Bear Diner back up to a freeway with a huge vacant lot in front and a medical complex on the other side of the vacant lot. There is nothing close by unless you are there for medical services.

The hotel was nice and right off the hwy, however, it was difficult to get to from the hwy. Our youngest son was planning to sleep on the roll out bed in the sofa, but it as distrusting and very dirty, so he just slept on the sofa its self.

The one problem I have had is the elevator has Ben out of order. I asked the clerks there and they it will be out for a couple of months. I’m just hoping they will be able of get it fixed because I have a bad knee.

Terrible service!!! Arrived late on a Friday night just for them to say “ sorry we’re overbooked “ yet I called a day before to notify them my situation! They “ tried” searching for another hotel and send us an ugly inn where we had to pay another fee and did not feel safe.

We checked in fairly late, but the man who was there made us feel welcomed and was very kind. The downside to this stay was the out of order elevator- pack lightly. There was no housekeeping services until your third day as I was told, any extra bedding or towels needed would be provided upon asking at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was provided, which is HIGHLY appreciated. Overall I’d give this stay an 8/10, but would recommend and stay here again in the future.

Location is convenient. Room was clean but our thermostat did NOT work. We were ROASTING in our room at 74/75* our whole 2 night stay. Plus, the bed was quite hard. We were UNABLE to sleep much our first night there. The pool water temperature was perfect but there were no towels next to the pool even though we informed the front desk SEVERAL times that all the towels were gone. The elevator was out of service so we had to lug all of our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs every time. Plus, the hallway thermostats were set to 74*. The breakfast was decent. Overall the property was very clean but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

The elevators did not work throughout our stay and the staff were not helpful. The elevators were out several days before we arrived yet they failed to notify us ahead of our arrival. We are seniors, which made the whole experience more difficult.

Booked to stay here through Expedia when we arrived we were told we had to put a 250$ deposit if I would have known this I wouldn’t have booked here.. The deposit was more than the room itself and to top it off we didn’t even end up staying the night there the shower had hair from whoever stayed there last and the bed was uncomfortable so me and lady ended up leaving, complete waste of money would recommend other hotels other than this one.
