One of the main reasons why I like staying at hampyou can is for the breakfast the next morning the make your own waffles are the best and it's always clean staff is friendly whenever I stay here

Soda machine next to the ice machine on each floor would be nice

I stay at a lot of Hotels and can honestly say this was the nicest stay I've had in a long time. The staff was attentive & friendly, the service was excellent. We had a broken toilet set, & they came & put a totally new one on within an hour. The ladies at the breakfast were so friendly & food was good & everything was spotless. The girls at the front desk saw I was looking at the coffee machine & she came & made a fresh pot for me & even had poured the cup for me when I came back in to see if it was ready. It's the little things like that, that make the difference! We highly recommend!

Staff were very accommodating. Our big clan was in Madera for a funeral and they let us use a meeting room so we could all eat together. really exceptional service. Breakfast was good!

It was kinda out of the center of places to eat but it wasn’t too far.

property was ran down and nothing worked in the room. tv was broke, spa jets didn’t work, and no Wi-Fi. staff was horrible and didn’t like doing there job when we complained. Then my husband cut his foot and there property and they charged us a 100. cleaning fee for a little blood on the carpet due to there broken equipment

It was very noisy could not get a good nights sleep. The bed was not very comfortable the linens or old on the bed. elevators were very slow.

A very loud air conditioning with air stream directly to the bed As I was not able to connect to internet in one of the rooms hence I was asked to call the help desk of the internet provider without any attempt to understand what is the issue about. It happened for the first time in my life while having such issues in a hotel. At the end the issue was even to a technical one.

None of the things mentioned in the pictures actually resembles the hotel. Breakfast is not good. Bread, Muffins are from ages(might have been expired) and it smelled very bad. Rooms are ok, but not cleanm it smelled bad when we entered
