Breakfast was adequate but disappointing compared to our previous stay which was in 2020.
Bring back the fresh fruit juices, and serve bacon instead of pork sausage!!
We had an extremely noisey person on the floor above us. We did ask to be moved which didn't happen, so we put up with a 4 night stay and not enough sleep!! Not impressed!!!

Very welcoming, clean, organized. I appreciated the fact that breakfast was put out early enough for the girls to eat something before heading to our tournament. Usually we are gone before breakfast is out out and never get to enjoy it . Delicious breakfast bar by the way . Special shout out to Lena and Amy in the breakfast bar Sunday morning very attentive to our Softball family. Definitely will be staying when in town again :)
The only thing could be prob the fact that there was no hot up out by the pool .

Receptionist at the front desk upon checkout never sent me my receipt for my stay. I asked for my receipt and was told I would get it via email and never received it even after calling back.

The hotel was just fine. In the middle of nowhere but meet the purpose of staying overnight on the way to Yosemite National Park.
Nothing around it. Need to drive couple of miles to get food. Loud almond factory next door with trucks making noise 24/7 what it seemed like.

One of the main reasons why I like staying at hampyou can is for the breakfast the next morning the make your own waffles are the best and it's always clean staff is friendly whenever I stay here

I stay at a lot of Hotels and can honestly say this was the nicest stay I've had in a long time. The staff was attentive & friendly, the service was excellent. We had a broken toilet set, & they came & put a totally new one on within an hour. The ladies at the breakfast were so friendly & food was good & everything was spotless. The girls at the front desk saw I was looking at the coffee machine & she came & made a fresh pot for me & even had poured the cup for me when I came back in to see if it was ready. It's the little things like that, that make the difference! We highly recommend!

Staff were very accommodating. Our big clan was in Madera for a funeral and they let us use a meeting room so we could all eat together. really exceptional service. Breakfast was good!
It was kinda out of the center of places to eat but it wasn’t too far.

property was ran down and nothing worked in the room. tv was broke, spa jets didn’t work, and no Wi-Fi. staff was horrible and didn’t like doing there job when we complained. Then my husband cut his foot and there property and they charged us a 100. cleaning fee for a little blood on the carpet due to there broken equipment

It was very noisy could not get a good nights sleep. The bed was not very comfortable the linens or old on the bed. elevators were very slow.

As I was not able to connect to internet in one of the rooms hence I was asked to call the help desk of the internet provider without any attempt to understand what is the issue about. It happened for the first time in my life while having such issues in a hotel. At the end the issue was even to a technical one.

None of the things mentioned in the pictures actually resembles the hotel.
Breakfast is not good. Bread, Muffins are from ages(might have been expired) and it smelled very bad.
Rooms are ok, but not cleanm it smelled bad when we entered

best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. loved the mini hot tub in the room, the view and the breakfast is awesome!
