I would stay again. Nothing fancy but clean. Served it's purpose for one night stay.

College visit for our kid needed to stay the night. Was surprised by the deposit charge

STAFFING AT THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEYRE RUDE AND THEY KNOCK ONCE AND ENTER YOUR ROOM WITHOUT GIVING YOU THE GRACE OF TIME TO PE “dressed” for their unwarranted visit

Had a great experience! Bed was very good. Room was spacious. Had time to use fitness room and pool (both were good). WiFi was very good! Renovation has significantly improved this hotel!

Housekeeping NEVER came into the room to straighten up or change towels! Same wet towels the entire trip.

the breakfast was awful. we were there around 730am and there was enough waffle mix for one waffle. cereal was all over the counter, bagels were all hard as a rock. all of the granola "mix in" was empty or petrified fruit. the swimming pool area was nice and clean, but the water was ice cold. room was clean, but the door didn't shut without being pulled or pushed shut. Exterior door out the end of hallway was the same way. I have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it, but i won't ever stay here again.

Great hotel

Check in was slow. Musty smell in the room, cleared up a bit after turning the A/C on. Breakfast was a joke, no batter for waffles, no milk for cereal, no hot water for the oatmeal.

"Breakfast" was a waffle iron and a few, small yogurts. 'Couldn't get the TV to work.

Not enough towels adnnd washcloths in our room. Was told none clean and would have to wait. AC worled, but room was and felt very damp. Musty smell and building very run down.

Our stay was ok. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel wanted to charge extra and separate security deposit. Our first room had ripped sheets. The second room had the bathroom door falling off. The room was 50 degrees when we arrived. After asking to the be moved to a new room after the first room I could hear the desk attendant talking to the owners ina negative way about me.

The breakfast was terrible, it wasn't really a breakfast. I understand that it is not a fancy place, but I do believe that they can do better, specially when is kids and special needs people guesses. Thank you!

Horrible worst hotel so far in Bloomington staff and management awful dirty room was moved to another room and idk what room was worse. Bed had crumbs in it. Towles had brown dirt as if it was used and out back on rack staff was knocking on my door before 11 o’clock check out time looking for payment or wondering if I was leaving totally rude. Definitely ran a paying customer off.

Absolute Disaster when I got there, there was a window broken on the side of the hotel there was a lot of gang activity in the parking lot and the check-in lady was confused and told me how sick she was. NEVER AGAIN!!

I plan on going back here if I am around there. It was very clean everyone was very helpful if I needed something. They were very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about my stay

I cannot say much as the hotel is in the process of remodeling. One thing I will say it doesn't have elevators.

i had to pay an extra charge when i checked and it was not on the web site saying you had to pay an extra charge

Pleasant stay. Had an issue with the smoke alarm beeping and mentioned to staff for it to take 3 hours to fix. plus was charged a $100 incidental charge that could take 2 weeks to get back.

Clean and convenient.

Very clean and comfortable. There was not clothes pole to hang my clothes on.

This is a decent hotel but you get what you pay for. The hotel is still under construction but the rooms were a nice size and the service was friendly, thou not very accommodating ( asked for fresh towels and thought they would send housekeeping with them, after a while we called back and they asked us to come retrieve the towels from the front desk). The hotel does not have an elevator so be prepared to lug you bags up stairs. Overall, it met our needs for a last minute trip, it was clean and economical.

They couldn't find our reservation for about 30 minutes even with the confirmation number. Finally figured it out. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, years of smoke that didn't fade during the lame renovation. The door didn't have two locks which made me feel unsafe the entire stay.

The hotel put a hold on the payment in the evening before check in. At the time of the check in my card was charged, again. This put a freeze on duplicate payment. Had I used my debit card this would have been a problem. It is not acceptable to hold people's money once they pay. This practice is not acceptable and very concerning. Eventually I got my credit back but had to wait over 48 hours to see it return to my card. The facility is in desperate need for an overall makeover. Change the carpet, clean and fix the pool. LInens were clean and the room was accomodating but cleaining some wall stains and cealing watermarks would go a long way. The tub was worn with pealing paint. Breakfast was ok but the waterdown macchine coffee was dissapointing. The staff was friendly and polite and that is a plus. Good customer service is always refresing.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was poor- couldn’t do any work. TV wouldn’t work. Shower pressure was good, but never really got hot.

The listing said the hotel was pet friendly, but when I got there they would not accept a cat. The front desk employee was not trained well in how to respond to my frustration and just kept saying their website said not cats (but i didn't book on their website). I talked Expedia and they agreed the listing needed to be updated, but I didn't need a rude front desk person at the end of a long drive and then I had a find another place to stay last minute. I'd skip this location if I had pets--even if you don't have pets, it doesn't seem great.

Property did not meet minimal expectations. Staff was awesome.

I was the Only One staying on this Trip. I had Two (2) Full Size/Queen Beds. When i laid down I Noticed Pubic Hairs on the Comforter. One of the Face Towels & One of the Bath Towels LOOKED Dirty/Stained even if they were clean.

This hotel is uniquely disgusting. The sheets were dirty, the towels had marks, the toilet had urine on it, the nightstand had.... something. This hotel inoculates you from a whole host of diseases with the presence of bacteria everywhere. On the plus side, the door to the room shut and there was running water. That reminds me: there was a use bar of soap in the shower. What a bonus!

The hotel is being remodeled with new owners or really new hotel name. Room was dirty, tub was not clean, and icing on the cake no running water in the room. Please steer clear of this hotel!!!!
