The place could use some upgrades. The kitchenette was a nice feature.

Close to the river easy parking other then that not a great place to stay

The quality was low for the price range. But we felt safe and slept well.

Our stay was not up to par. Rather than go into details that would reflect poorly on the hotel, I will say that I spoke with the general manager in the morning and explained what happened during our stay. She was appalled and did everything in her power to make things right. From her comments, I gather that our stay was not up to her standards for the property either. In my view, she went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you!

The room was not cleaned suffiently. Left over trash and towels. For the price of the room, the only thing great was the river that flowed behind the property.

Property was very dated and smelled of smoke, everyone just went outside door to smoke.
Rented as a kitchenette, but had NO dishes, pans, silver, ABSOLUTELY nothing! Was told u could purchase them?? Who does this while traveling?
Very dissappointed with this. Staff were amazing, especially Mayo and DeDe!

honestly, me and my family were disappointed, Heather doesn't work, we asked for extra towels and they denied, we rented the room for breakfast service in the morning and they don't have it, we wanted to go into the pool and it's empty, the room smells like food, sorry but the truth is so bad... I'm sorry but I would never return here

This place is terrible, they have a stove top but nothing to cook with. They didn’t have enough towels after we had to ask on our third day. We had to call the police due to people fighting in the hall way. Do not go there!!

No breakfast meal with it, queen size bed, nothing on the tv, small room, hot tub open 24/7 was the only redeeming aspect.

Okay but not desirable. Asked for an ADA room and were told none were available. Not a huge deal but the toilet was extremely low, not easy for my mom with not great knees. Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed before our arrival. Light fixture between beds flickered when you moved on bed. Beds were comfortable though. The side entrance trash cans were beyond full and cigarette butts were everywhere. Security door did not close properly so basically anyone can access the hotel without a key card. Worked for our brief stay but would not recommend for women traveling alone and would not stay again.

This is an older hotel, but well maintained. It's easy to get to off the I-15 going north or south. Friendly and helpful manager, and front desk. Both Cindy and Virginia were wonderful to deal with.

The front of the hotel was good and the check in was good; friendly & helpful. Drove around the back and it looked a little sketchy. It was dirty and some of the rooms had broken windows. We weren’t sure our car & contents would be safe. We parked at the front of the hotel.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

It's kind of just an economy lodge nothing special but deserves the live of 5 stars. Front desk and staff were super nice.

Nice stay and the room was fine. The breakfast was a little underwhelming.

The staff was fine, the room had a lot to be desired. The key card would not work. The entry door was hard to close, and the hinges were sprung. The walls were beat up eith patches showing. The tub was dirty and water control valve wouldn't set.

Check in was quick and efficient and the staff member was helpful and was able to answer our questions about the area even tho she was newly from Minnesota. Two negatives: 1) the lobby smelled terribly old and musty, even tho it appeared clean. First impression is so important, and I just wanted to turn and run! 2) our room keys never worked quite right.

Kitchenette was lacking utensils and only took special pots and pans which are not provided. Breakfast was cereal or waffles and hard boiled eggs

Upon reserving the stay, the hotel looks very nice. When we pulled in, we observed the hotel is very dated. When we walked in, the hotel is very dated and smells. None of the security card doors work. No cameras in the parking lot. The hotel room is very moist and muggy without reprieve.
They have put in kithenettes. The plumbing is completely messed up. When we used the bathroom sink, the water water would come up in the kitchenette sink.
The black out blind dont close and are held up with twist ties.
They have extended stay people. Whoever it was, partied all night long and kept us awake by yelling and slamming doors. The first night we were here, I went to the desk to report it. The girl was not nice about my report. The grounds are filthy and the whole place needs a new owner and a complete facelift. If I hadnt paid for 2 nights, we would have went somewhere else.
I paid $243.00 of my Hotels.com money and then we paid another $80,00 on top of that. When we pulled in, the sign says $90.00 for walk ins. That would have been nice.
Glad we left.

Our room had a microwave, a digital stovetop, and a nearly full size refrigerator with a freezer. The beds were fine. They were remodeling when we were there, so there were beds in a couple of the halls. Breakfast was typical continental and fine. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The bathroom had a spa styled bathtub that did not work.

Stayed here July 24, 2023. It’s going through a much needed renovation, but our room was extremely rundown and dirty as was the hallways. The entrance doors were sketchy and people were loitering around. The price was high for the quality of the hotel. I’ll never stay there again.

It was noisy all night and the bathroom/vanity area was dirty. The coffee pot had leftover grounds from the previous customer.

The check in clerk was awesome but the activity, language, noise made me very uncomfortable and not safe so I returned my keys and went elsewhere

The hotel was older and it really showed. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, I was overall disappointed with the stay. Our reservations were wrong when we arrived and one of the rooms the air-conditioning was not working. The sheets had stains on them, the shower had mildew, the toilet didn't always flush, and the breakfast, no matter what time you went, was scarce. They were in the middle of construction and there was equipment in the halls and the workers had their music blaring. I would not recommend this hotel.

Facility is in need of slot of repairs which the are doing. Parking was full of construction.
Restaurant was good. It is walking distance to falls and downtown.

Needs to be remodled.

The room was worn out - shabby. The bedside lamps would not work and some light sockets didn't work either. Badly needs painting, new drapes, etc. The outside door to the building did not lock so the entry key was not needed to gain access to the rooms.
The king bed was fairly comfortable.
The good variety of breakfast fare was appreciated.

Filthy bathroom, blinds did not close, lights did not work in the parking lot, dark and creepy!!!!

It was very dirty outside of the room. TV in the room didnt work, remote didnt work, pool wasnt functioning in June. Breakfast options very limited.

First I'd like to say the hostess that checked us in was very helpful and nice. I wasn't paying attention to my booking dates and when we arrived she noticed the mistake and fixed it immediately with no fuss. I booked this hotel under the impression that they had a pool. To our surprise the pool wasn't even filled, so no pool available! In the description it state blackout curtains in the room, nope! We couldn't pull those curtains together. The sink in our room dirty. The air conditioning didn't work either. Breakfast bar had cereal, boiled eggs, waffles bagels toast bagels and what id call not so good cafeteria coffee.
