Great staff on duty at the desk for check-in. She was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. My grandson loved the pool. Great location close to food and shopping. The coffee was fresh was before breakfast time. Breakfast was well stocked as well. My wife and grandson had bagels and waffles. Both were happy with what they had.

Easy check in/out, clean, comfortable room. Neighbors either had food poisoning or prostate problems because I heard the toilet flush every 5 minutes.

The person who checked us in made sure we knew she was new.
The rooms were clean and the grounds clean... there was no room cleaning done and we had to ask for towels..
Sunday morning breakfast was sad.. they let things run out.
I did not sleep comfortably on the beds... pillows were far too soft to be supportive..
Our reason for being there was a funeral and then to not be comfortable and the breakfast be lacking... just not an experience i want to go through again.

Our 1 night stay was nice and ose to RIT. Room was clean. The continental breakfast was typical. Would prefer the scrambled eggs not be from powdered eggs, but its typical of many mid priced hotels. Of course, this cant be compared to the other higher end Marriot hotels.

Expedia listed this as 2.5 stars but is probably closer to 1.5 if I’m being generous. Bed linens were dirty and didn’t seem like it was changed between guests. Toiletries like body wash were running on empty. The pool has dead bugs floating in it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I was not given the room I had requested and there were not clean towels in the room when I arrived. I shouldn’t have to ask for towels when arriving. My biggest complaint was not receiving the requested room. When I spoke with someone on the phone requesting the room, I was told it would be granted. I was told to book the room online and then call to request a certain room. Obviously, this did not happen as promised.

My family and I arrived at the hotel after a seven hours drive and no staff was available to do the check in. We waited 30 minutes until a staff member showed up to check us in but we were told that no queen beds were available and I had made my reservation 2 months ago. The front desk staff member was the only worker on site running the business. He was the one who had to clean the room while we were in the waiting area. We waited almost 2 hours for a room.

Dirty. If vacuumed, poorly so. Trash on room and hallway floors. It did not appear as though room prep had been completed due to debris on the floor and the way bed coverings were rumpled and the pillows thrown on the foot of the bed. The conditioner pump in the shower was empty. When we arrived the hallway floor had trash on the floor. The same trash was still there when we departed the next morning. First and last time staying at a Fairmont.

Had a problem with one of my mattress. This supposed to be a Marriott owed property. One mattress was Greta like usual but the other mattress was like a sofa mattress and you can feel the springs when you lay on it. I was told by management that this is how Marriott wants all there mattress which I think it’s ridiculous specially with the rate I paid this past weekend. I have stayed in other hotels in the same area and way cheaper rate and there beds were way better then this one. If this is how Marriott is going to replace all the mattress like management said I won’t stay in this hotel ever again. There was also a problem with the fridge not opening or closing right but it was replaced by one of the lady’s right away. Bring Back the comfy mattress please if not no thank you

The quilt and soapdish were not clean! Check in was unnecessarily lengthy. When we asked the cleaning s5aff to clean ournroom and replace the quilt, they said yes but never entered our room. Breakfast and the facility was great, but other staff, not necessarily so.

The 1st room had food in fridge. Bathroom was a luttle dirty. 2nd room when we turned diwn the sheets there were sicks in the bed. Guess the sheets weren't changed. 3rd room bathroom and common area were dirty. We left!! Hope this helps.
