The hotel is beautiful, relaxing and so much to do. Can’t wait to stay again!

Every thing in the hotel comes with a price. Parking self service $37. All activites. $$$$. The sound waves is $57. Free pool but the water is cold. Most of the resturants close around 8. Room service is good but $20 for a hamburger and fries. Drinks out of the vending machine are $5 each. Prepare to pay.

I tried to purchase tickets for the ICE show and I received emails saying I could go before open to the public but I was told since I went through Hotels.com I wasn’t eligible. Huge disappointment and service desk staff has no idea what they are doing. Overall it was disappointing since it’s not cheap to stay there

I could not get cell reception in the room and I am really annoyed to have to pay for internet especially with the hotel rate being $500 a night.

The key lock didn’t work numerous times even though they said they were changing the battery in so was annoying to have to keep walking all the way to the front desk,

The hotel was beautiful and there is so much to see inside. That being said they charge you for everything $37 a day for your to set in their parking lot, just short of $30 a day if you want to use their WiFi. Pancake breakfast bar is $35

My husband and I enjoyed all of the amenities,lights,sweets, and food. The room was comfortable, but nothing special about it. I understand that bc the goal is to be out of the room and enjoy the resort..The bed was comfortable and the temperature was great in the room. The bathroom toilet moved each time it was used, and the inside door of the bathroom was warn. Suggestion would be to replace it with a pocket door so it won’t hit the shower door.

Gaylord Opryland never disappoints us. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, the bed is super comfortable, and you never have to leave there is so much to see and do.

I’m not sure on hotels.com means when I book two nights and two units. I would think that meant two rooms. Got to check in and they would only give me one room. She said two units is not two rooms. Had to practically beg for them to give us another room. She said I didn’t have a confirmation number and all went downhill from there. I think this needs be clear on the website when someone books a room on hotels.com. What is a unit verses a room.
Other than our check in experience the hotel staff has been wonderful and very helpful.

We liked the staff and the hotel itself is beautiful. We didn’t like the restaurant Jack Daniels. We got an to go order. Our food was dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. And paid $59.00 and it went in the trash

Horrible service, way understaffed and not enough restaurants 2 hour wait at all restaurants no reservations available. Got my luggage at 11:30 at night when we checked in at 6:40 only to be told there is one staff member for 2800 rooms to deliver luggage!

Nice place was expensive. But what you get for the price is what was terrible. Nothing is included, not WiFi, breakfast, the water park (which I knew it cost a little more) but 145.00 a day for 3 people is absurd! Will not stay here again. The plants and waterfalls were neat, but I will just go to a garden because the rooms were just like every other hotel room. Would not stay here again. And parking being $36 a day is ridiculous.

The fireworks show was the most epic show and it was free ! Everything else Cost a lot of money gift shops throughout resort were fairly reasonable nightly parking cost daily parking cost no room service ! Having to get info from QR code for everything was not a fan of !

The property is beautiful and clean. The one thing we felt was not up to par was the shuttle/bus knowledge of the concierge and lobby staff. Every time we asked a question, we received a different answer on times and places. We ended up waiting an extra hour out off of the property every time we needed to be picked up and this was after we inquired of the concierge prior to leaving the property, asking the drivers, and calling the hotel. Times and places were never the same and were frustrating. Would recommend a clear schedule of pick ups, drop offs with times and places for your customers.

Be prepared to walk long distances. Be prepared to pay extra for everything. Valet is not much more $$ than self parking. The Valet staff was very helpful with instructions and directions.
