Through Expedia, I reserved a king and queen bed. Apparently this hotel doesn’t even offer king size beds so that was the first negative thing and that happened as soon as we checked in. The night supervisor tried to enter our room at 4:45 AM scaring the hell out of our family., he “thought” we changed our room, we never changed rooms! The whole experience was a disaster and we will never be going back.

Average stay, average expectations. Nothing to complain about. Cracker Barrel is next door and the pool was nice. Shuttle stop is within walking distance.

We accidentally booked a smoking room. The staff were able to switch us after one night, but the smoking room was disgusting. The bathtub was in such disrepair we didn't wa nt to put our feet in it . The second non-smoking oom was much better and cleaner.

Floor/carpet near door was soaking wet. Television reception was rather poor. Otherwise OK

Great affordable stay

The bed was nasty... blood still on sheets... everything in room was just run down and smelled....

When I first arrived everything seems fine but the lady at the front desk was very rude and aggressive. I asked for a receipt for my stay and she refuse to give it to me. After several times asking she ended up giving me my receipt. Hours later I wanted to use the vending machine after realizing the one on my floor didn’t work I went to the front desk for help. She instructed me to try the one on the Third floor and said that if that one doesn’t work I don’t know what to tell you. Overall my experience there wasn’t pleasant and I won’t be going back to that location ever again.

You get what you pay for! It’s cheap, but I’d absolutely stay again

While the room itself was fairly clean, the bed and pillows were too soft. We both did not sleep well. Also, the iron left a stain on my shirt. Our friends who stayed in a different room found a roach in their bed!

A good, affordable place to stay close the beach. Nothing fancy but works for overnight getaways.

This was an overall pleasant motel experience. For the price i paid on a Friday night near the beach, it was a good deal. I was surprised to find our room with 2 nice and clean beds, 2 tvs, a couch and chair, bathroom, a mini kitchen with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge a small deck with 2 chairs, and a third sink. The room also smelled clean when we walked in. However, the free breakfast wasn't that great, one of the tables was very wobbly and the pool wasn't very clean. I would recommend wearing shoes on the floor because it was a little dirty. I would still stay here again though.

It inexpensive and close to all the restaurants and stores

I am more than please with the house keeping crew. Extremely friendly and professional. The free breakfast could be more healthy.thw room price are reasonable.The pool definitely add to the perk. Very convenient. Everything is like 5 min drive . I would definitely recommend.

About what u would expect for a cheaper hotel. Carpet was a little sketch, but good overall.

It was ok nothing to brag about 2am the next door neighbors was on there balcony talking very very loud,the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner, the elevator had puddles of water because of the pool but that's a fall hazard if your not aware of it, the room smelled very stale an damp,could open the balcony door for fresh air because the screen had tears in it an the bugs kept coming in couldn't make a cup of coffee to get our day started because the coffee maker had moldy water in already in there ...so once again.. nothing to brag about

WiFi didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. Staff didn’t seem to care at all.

Hotel needs a serious upgrade. Needs to get rid of pigeons. Staff who are from the area super helpful and have the room clean. The staff who are from another country and come there to work in the summer very rude and when you try to answer or ask them a question they look at each other, talk in their language and laugh at you. Completely inappropriate. Floors weren’t swept every day and towels just put on couch. There was no freezer in our fridge. And I think that key cards should be checked often. Seemed as though people were pulling up and getting changed in there cars, swimming in the pool and then getting changed again and leaving. The locks to the outsides of the building don’t work either. Not safe. At night we watched people who walked from the street jump the fence to the pool and go into swim. Also as you walk through the hallways all you smell is pot being smoked. Not safe place for families. And it’s not covid anymore, so step up your breakfast.

The room is not look good mattress is not clean look bad .wifi not working they keep day down and them tv to small and not smart tv .

Rooms are in dire need of updating. Toilets rock, tub showers show excessive wear. Bed skirts were gross

Good value. Basic accommodations which were adequate.

I feel like they need to remodel the hotel. The sofa bed in my room was broken, and the screen door was also broken. The pool was very nice and clean to swim in. The bed it’s self was comfortable.

When we got in our room it was nice and clean, but when we went to make dinner the microwave was a mess Ramon noodles all over the microwave when I went to make coffee there was a moldy coffee pod left in the coffee maker so I didn't feel like making coffee then. However I went to take a shower the water was scolding hot and had to take a bath instead did not enjoy the fact that I couldn't take a shower during my stay. I do have to say that the staff was friendly about the microwave to come and clean it.

When checking in at 6PM, the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly at all. No welcome, no Enjoy your stay. Only said ,internet is down, and refused to say if and when it would be up. Ignored us. First impressions are so important and this was awful impression

Housekeeping was excellent! Facility was clean. Front desk staff made an error on my credit card and was not apologetic. Need to be retrained on customer service. Did not offer accommodations for charging my credit card twice. And for that I would not recommend anyone stage at that particular facility.
