Staff was so welcoming and friendly and so helpful! Always at your service! Huge lobby, but it smelled like urine, recommend using better cleaning products, especially for the lobby, although it was kept clean at all times, there was a lingering urine smell. The 1st room we were placed in had tiny little bugs on the new sheets, and it smelled old and musty, requested for a different room and thungs were fine. However, my family's room was infested with roaches, saw a couple every night in their room, but thats expected in Thailand and with all the millions of travelers in and out. They had a nice rooftop pool, but i personally didnt utilize it. Gym is small, but cool. We were told we could not eat/drink in the lobby which was not cool. That rule should change..overall it is conveniently located and walkable to lots of areas, make sure you make a stop at Emsphere mall/center! Quite the busy hotel, nicely located near Asok station, good restaurants near hotel. Breakfast buffet could have been better.

Nice hotel, full value for the money. Great stuff, rich breakfast, clean room, the area around offers great opportunities like restaurants, massages, coffe shops. Its a bit far from the center ( long drive- the city always jammed), the hotel is a little outdated.

We had a good stay. Although we found a cockroach in the bathroom at first day. We got compensation for that with free breakfast and some nice fruits. The staff was soon helpful with everything and the 2 pool areas was really nice for our kids.

Great stay and service. Aged property but they are renovating very nicely. I stayed at the 25th floor. Had issues with the shower hot and cold water mixer. It would suddenly turn scorching hot even when turned to cold. Got burnt a few times. I complained and they attempted to fix it, but it was still bad.

I always stay at the Rembrandt when I am in Bangkok but never again. My room was horrible and did not look like the Supreme king I booked online. The TV was on the side of the bed and almost impossible to watch comfortably. I only had 2 bath towels that were old and torn. I had no hand towels or wash clothes. The end tables were tiny. All the furniture looked like it belonged in a landfill. The pillow cases were stained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the ceiling was dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again and already canceled my next stay.

The hotel needs a full renovation. I will not return.

Service was terrible - we had booked for 3 nights but on our second night we got home late and exhausted from a day trip to a locked door and a note that said we were suppose to check out. Back down to reception we went, with a long queue, turns out they made a mistake so they gave us a new key card. We had also booked our reservation with breakfast but for some reason their system couldn’t see that and wouldn’t honour our booking - therefore we had to pay for the breakfast (expensive and not worth it). The hot water in the shower didn’t work - went from scolding to freezing. The hotel didn’t have a money exchange service which was extremely inconvenient. All in all - wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

When I checked in, the receptionist was very unfriendly. She even told me her name and told me to complain. I know her name, but I won't mention it.

Firstly, the frontdesk staffs especially Ms Apple and few bell boys are extremely helpful and patient. Secondly, the breakfast is average in terms of variety and taste which don't expect too high standard. The restaurant manager which trusted not a local thai seemed to be very polite to westerners ONLY! Thirdly, building structures are old except level 21 to 25 are newly renovated but pay a higher room rate for it.

It's one of the best places to stay in Sukhumvit area. And it is reasonably priced. I recommend this hotel for every type of visitors.

Stay was not good at all. They charges extra for my child although it was booked as one child with parents. They told me child age as per them child age is over 12. I mentioned the age of child while booking hotel.com. Property is too old (30-40yrs) it has bathrooom of 1980s which kids don’t know how to use it. Air conditioning docking are too old. Breakfast is good but they charged extra for it. It is far away from malls and in very crowded area for taxi to reach you.

The hotel is located in a popular area of Sukhumvit. Walkable to shops and MRT/BTS station which take you around Bangkok with a breeze.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice. It would be great if they could update some areas like the pool shower. There was no hot water in one and also no soap. Breakfast was delicious and the area was close to malls and trains.
