The only problem was the height of the king bed, I'm older and short (5') so it was difficult to climb onto bed. Bed was very comfy after I got in. Bathroom was 5 star clean!! Will consider staying again.

The pool and hot tub needed work. No real massage type of feeling in the hot tub. Missing or broken tiles. Not aure how long the owners had been in our hotel but the room itself was nice and much better thqn other hotels in the are we had stayed in before. The owner or manager I talked to seemed to be hurting for workers.

The hotel need to be updated. The bathroom is very small the door squeak when opening and closing. The toilet is really low. There is rarely someone at the front desk. You must ring the bell for service. I really didn't feel safe. I would not stay here again. The hotel was close to lots of attractions.

did not say that they were remodeling the hotel when we booked it and there was never a person at the front desk, except 1 time and the person had head down on counter sleeping when husband was in lobby.

The best thing during our stay at this facility was taking a good shower. Other than that, the condition of bathroom was unacceptable. The towels and toilet paper were moist due to the toilet continously running, the floor surrounding the toilet stayed wet!
Our sleep was disturbed almost the entire time because the toilet made a flushing sound even when it wasn't being flushed. A horrible smell came from the AC unit when I turned it on.
The back entrance into the hotel appeared filthy.
The mattress had a deep imprint on the upper
right side which was uncomfortable.
It's disappointing to have spent so much money for what we got. Never again!

A horrible experience. From a room not cleaned to make housekeepers thinking they can just walk into the room. Wanted to leave bit refused a refund.

Nice hotel - fast check in and close to so many dining options . It is a great location out of the way of traffic and yet right next to everything you want. The hotel was clean and included a free continental breakfast . If you have children this hotel offers passes to Noah’s Ark water park . Overall a good place in the Dells .

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dells. hey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 2:00pm. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Staff is very welcoming. The hotel has a pool, a hot tub and a sauna. They gave us wristbands for Noah's Ark for 4 days for free(too bad we didn't know about it before we came). Breakfast is good, too.
The room was not so convenient; The door to the bathroom didn't close easily, it was always very humid in the room and the air conditioner wasn't silent. The sink is in the main room area and not in the bathroom, the shower stream is not good and the bathroom looks old.
But if we compare the prices, I would definitely say that for those who are not looking for fancy rooms, this hotel is a good one.

I would never go to this hotel again, they call it a Ramada whoch gives a person certain expectations. This was a run down, filthy hotel that's outdated by about 30 years. The breakfast was a joke, and the lady at the front desk was rude, inconsiderate, unkind and disrespectful. Spend your money elsewhere.

The place was old. Bring extension cords because there are not enough plugs. The beds are comfortable and that is the main thing. Staff works hard but the place is old. Not much they can do about that. Staff very courteous and helpful. We got a good night sleep!👍

The people were very nice and the price okay but the building is very very old and clearly made of wood. Every sound could be heard and the new carpet/improvements couldnt hide the smell/age of the old hotel before the latest owners bought it and put a face lift on it. With all nearby options this one is not recommended

This property was filthy the toilets were filthy the floor in the corners you can see where it hadn't been mopped very well or anything dust was everywhere my wife refused to stay there and I don't blame her. mold around the windows the manager tried to tell us it was caulking, we know the difference between caulking and mold this was mole around the window. We moved down the road to La Quinta where is this nice and clean we have had some real good luck working with Expedia to get a refund here between our story and the manager story Expedia wound up giving us two out of three nights refund as the manager kept telling her expedient lady that it was caulking around the windows instead and not mold I don't know how he explained the rest of the filth in there.

We had a nice experience. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, as well as the housekeeping staff. We appreciate the efforts made to update the facility. Breakfast was great, and very well managed with the number of guests present. Loved the free Noah's Ark tickets! We'd go back again in the future.

The front desk staff isn’t friendly at all, I had called a few days prior to verify checkin time was told I was able to go in early to get our wristband but our room wasn’t gonna be ready and I was ok with that, when I got there there was a guy at the front desk who didn’t even greet us I told him I wanted to check in and his response was check in is at 4 in a very rude manner, that’s not even the worse part someone tried to brake into our room at 2am I went to notify the front desk early next day and his response was did they steel anything I told him they didn’t brake in but they did tried it twice and he was like this place is safe there is nothing no worry about. I was traveling alone with my 2 kids that was the scariest thing. The place has an awful smell. Will never be staying there again HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Couldn’t get new towels unless we brought down the old towels to the front desk. They may 4 Noah’s ark included in stay per room for two nights in a 6 person room. Breakfast was overly crowded. Not enough tables and chairs to accommodate the guest. Next year I’ll be staying else where

The property was easy to find, affordable, and offered free ticket's to Noahs Ark waterpark. You do have to keep the waterpark armbands on the entire time/# of days you plan on going..staying 4 days it stays on 4 days, etc. The downsides, the suite we booked had the 2 queens in the closed room which was odd.There is a lot of construction/remodeling taking place but the rooms still look and feel like the 80's. Most of the staff do not speak english, and the breakfast left more to be desired. We will be staying elsewhere our next visit to the Dells.

A nice, clean, friendly, reasonably priced hotel. It appeared that a little remodeling was in the works, which is the only reason I gave only 4 stars in some categories. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying here. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast in the morning was simple and easy, quiet place at night. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to everything in the dells. Pool area was clean. My family would definitely stay here again.
