Sheets discolored.. Had to get new ones an they had a attitude about that.. receptionist.. Has horrible customer service.. but it's spacious an has allot of restaurants around to enjoy

Just don’t do it! This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. I tried convincing myself it was just for the night. But the roaches didn’t care, they came out regularly and I had to fight them. Every one. There was a very large hole in the wall that wasn’t fixed but instead filled with Kleenex! You read that right! The door also didn’t have a lock on it so that was cool to stay in the hood with no lock between me and the crack heads wandering around the parking lot. The power went off for a second and was right back on. If you call not changing sheets “eco-friendly” then they sure the heck are, the sheets were dingy and dirty, had not been washed in a while!

Why does Hotels.com have these types of nasty places on their site? Do you just hate your customers… that pay a lot of money to use this service? Upon arrival and unloading my things, I was approached by a crack head literally asking for a spoon… for “cereal”. There were 3 used tires laying directly in front of our door so we couldn’t even enter safely. It is so gross and infested with roaches! Do not take your stuff in or they will hitch a ride home. I seriously cannot believe this place is still operating. Of course it’s mainly used for people LIVING there! People have their kids around this filth. Take it how you want but I think Hotels.com should just let this one go.

Horrible service. I’ve stayed here at least 10 times, and this time ruined it for me. The front desk associate was extremely rude. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable checking in at a hotel before. We also had to go check our own room for cleanliness and other issues before being allowed to check in. Totally unprofessional! One of the towels had some black substance stuck to it. Was lied to about construction being done. Felt uncomfortable going back into the lobby. Will be finishing my stay because it is non refundable and will never return.

Manager lady playing phone games not a nice lady, mean and rude, man in miring complained to defender her saying were all tired and not there fault she's rude, like really that's a correct response. Other then that to lay your head its not bad and good price
