I book this hotel for a night. I ran the San Antonio marathon and needed a hotel. This hotel is very nice ! I would stay here again! The location is great.

Every was perfect, the only complaint was the bed. A little too firm for my liking, But that's just me. Definitely staying there again.

Hotel was in a good location. Will I stay there again probably not. My only disappointment was when I was going to make my waffle Saturday morning I saw a roach on the counter where I was pouring my batter. However, I didn’t find any in our room which would concern me more.

The stay was ok, not quite what I was expecting for my family. The pull out couch was basically just springs. So if you’re expecting to use it, bring some extra cushioning. It’s in a very high traffic area and witnessed drunk people puking and people smoking weed. Additionally although we paid for supervised parking, on our second day the parking lot was overfilled and we had to park behind the hotel, where people were loitering, didn’t feel safe when we got home late.
The hotel was clean. The ease of accessing the freeway was ideal.

Room was small but clean. Air worked good but was loud. Walls and windows are thin so a lot of noise goes through. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Parking was easy in and out. Pool was clean. Overall a good stay. Downtown was a walkable distance even with kids.

Absolutely horrible amount of mold. Had booked 3 nights and moved out after one night, out of fear for my health. They kept all the money, and hotels.com didn’t want to push the hotel to refund- not impressed by hotels.com on that front

The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and it was within walking distance to the river walk. We will defintely stay here again. Parking was $32 for overnight, valet was offered for I believe $10 more.

Booked room 2 beds. Called the hotel explained we will be checking late after an event we were working verified the room to save.
We got the room and it was a single bed, the counter guy tried to help but said they had no rooms. Had 1 sleep on the horrible couch and one a chair.
It was a quick night because we were there on business but never again.

This hotel is good for a 2 night stay and no more. We had to requested house keeping and our bathroom door didnt shut properly. All in all it wasnt bad but wasnt great. This a good hotel. Id stay again if needed be.

Service was very good, but place needs to be updated. The windows are old that you can hear everything happening outside, as if it was open. The aircon was loud, no working exhaust in the bathroom, sink drain needs to be unclogged, water pressure was low. We had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, as there was none when we arrived. Breakfast was good.

Stay was good . The hotel room was clean , had a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The ac air was nice and cold . Location was great with walking distance to all the attractions on the riverwalk and overnight parking for $32. Breakfast is included and was good

Great stay. Perfectly positioned hotel - within walking distance or a short drive from most of our visiting points. Hotel is clean and functional. Unsure of all the rooms but ours was very spacious. It was functional with a bathroom that could have an update but also had everything we needed. Great choice for good value.

The hotel was quiet and convenient. It was a nice place, the breakfast was good, but I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t do our beds and pick up our dirty towels or clean. Yes they had a sign posted but that was the only thing.

Greatest asset is the staff. Bed was comfortable; pillows not. 3-day rule for housekeeping is inadequate. Moderate level of deferred maintenance: door hardware, shower head, shower caulking. Room A/C uneven and a challenge to balance. 1 functioning elevator for this large property during 1 morning rush w/people scrambling to get to conference, others trying to check out. Very few NON-sweet NON-gluten options for breakfast though nice variety for those who were unrestricted. Staff handled a full house with grace.

This hotel is within walking distance of just about anything you want to do in the River Walk area: restaurants, shopping, the River Walk.

We stayed in a king suite, we could not regulate the air conditioner. The bedroom was extremely cold and when we raised the temperature the heat would go on in the seating area and the bedroom would remain cold.

The room was not clean. The bathroom had dog food and hair. I told them at the desk and they cleaned it up but for the rate the rooms should be clean. Glad no one in our party had allergies to dogs.
