Overall great stay. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location and super comfortable beds! Its not one of the newest hotels but its worth the money and the location is great! Oh and a bonus for the Starbucks right dwnstairs!

For the exhorbitant price - I was shocked to see how dated this hotel is and its fairly grotty (rooms, elevators and meeting rooms). It was absolutely freezing the entire conference which was held on floor BR, and so noisy at nights. Of course there is no control over idiots coming in super late at night and screaming and shouting outside bedrooms, but at 10pm last night something extremely loud was being rolled around for 30 minutes. I couldn't tell if it was below or above, but when you have to get up for a 4.30am flight that was so ridiculous.

The staff was AMAZING! Place was very clean. My only complaint is that valet most times took too long. There was only 1-2 gentlemen working but they were going as fast as they could. They still remained polite and courteous although I know they were overwhelmed

My pillows sucked, woke up with a neck cramp. A lot of bums around the building. Girl working Starbucks has an attitude and was rude.

This property has been renovated. Rooms are clean, nice and well appointed. It is close to offices, court house, and a short walk to Broadway, entertainment and dining. Plus, it still has cookies.I stay there frequently.

Everything was solid , but construction was happening at 7am on the 9th floor. Interrupted some much needed sleep

Very nice hotel in a superb location for accessing all downtown attractions along 4th Street & Broadway. Nice bar/restaurant area with coffee shop, too. King room was roomy, clean, & well appointed. As with all the downtown hotels, the valet parking is very expensive so if you use it, you need to consider that in your total costs of room. We were told there's a self park across street but it seemed a ton of trouble & it was not exactly cheap, either. Just cheaper. All staff were excellent!

I didn't like that we had to wait for our room to be ready and when it was finally ready they gave us a handicap room with 2 double beds. We had to go back downstairs so that they could put us in a king bed room, which is what we had reserved.
We got the same girl at the front desk both times and she was not apologetic at all.

All of the Ice machines did not work expect for the 8th floor.

Unfortunately the air conditioner would not cool the room down and there was a very musty mold smell permeating from the air conditioning system

It isnt a bad hotel but definitely not worth the cost. You can get the same experience at a cheaper hotel and not be overcharged for extras like breakfast. Also, they make it sound like breakfast is included in your stay and it is not.

The rooms were really comfortable. Only one working elevator, and cannot take the stairs from the 9th floor was inconvenient. House keeping employees were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable however, there was only one functional elevator which made going and coming from the fourth floor take a very long time, particularly during times of day when people are checking in and out. The stairway system was confusing and exited into a construction zone. The rate we paid was high and then parking $55 a night on top of that. We felt it was overpriced. We also could hear a lot of noise for. The hallway and from adjacent rooms.

The location to Broadway stripe was convenient if ypu don't mind walking down hill and then up hill going back to hotel.
