All the staff I came in contact with were very helpful, courteous, & a real good "face" for your company. Thank you for having them on your staff! I interacted with, at different times two at the check in desk & I also interacted with the bar tender. Both excellent experiences.

Property was nice and clean. Reserved and told them we had a dog. They said no problem and they were pet friendly. Upon check out they added $100 cleaning fee for the one night we were there. This was never discussed or in writing. Additionally we are very clean people and our dog doesn’t even shed!

Elevator was broken. Computers were down I am staying again but have been having issues as they are charging for items that were included in stay prior and not releasing credit card. Hopefully this will be rectified. Staff is very nice.

Some things were not good. Computer system was down so check in took more time. Elevators were out during the evening. I’m thankful I was on the third floor. That was bad enough.
Finally on check out, the young lady at the desk was totally not helpful and kept repeating the same thing as why she couldn’t help me. They might as well had a recording there. But the manager was able to help the situation so I may stay there later this month as it’s a good location for me.

Area was close to everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Staff in the dining room and bar area were awesome!!!! They had a shuttle for free to take us where we needed!!

They would not accept my card we came from out of town they did not list they didn't except certain cards so they wouldn't take my payment I had to scruple around for 2 hours to try to find somewhere to stay for me and my kids he would not call anybody from management to see if I could talk to someone he was very nonchalant as if he didn't care he had somewhere to go home to that night but all is well I found a hotel around the corner but I recommend that they put everything that they will accept and won't accept as a payment option on the website before people book because that could have been terrible because we were from out of town

For its price point, the DoubleTree has been one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. You have to ask for a mini fridge (and they’ll send one up to your room), and there aren’t any microwaves in the rooms (there’s one in the lobby), but other than that it’s a very comfortable stay. It’s cool that they have gluten free cookies now, too (I’m gluten intolerant and used to love their cookies).

I actually booked this room for the King of my country who traveled all the way from Africa. But when the call came in that he does not have a simple refrigerator, I was very angry. I understand microwave not being in the rooms. But a refrigerator is off. Not for a Hilton hotel. Look at the nonsense and discomfort given to the King of my country. Just because he stayed there to be close to the event hall down the road. I am very disappointed that he has to request for one, of which he was given a baby refrigerator that cannot contain a normal sized plate.

The hotel was really nice. It was clean and comfortable. The price was amazing! The only thing that I didn’t like was that righ outside my window and especially in the bathroom, if someone was working on the A/C then they could look right into the room. The bathroom only had a shade and I didn’t want to be using the bathroom and someone walk right up to the window. It just had me creeped out!

Was great to have a place that stayed open late for food. Didn't like the fact there was no complimentary coffee station and the hotel charged $5 for a cup of coffee. Other than that, hotel was great for what we needed.

We checked in around 11 pm. Was not offered the free cookies. The agent was not very friendly. Once we arrived on our floor, it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Our room also smells of cigarettes. We were also placed in rooms with two full beds not queens. In my 48 years of life, I’ve never been to a hotel with neds this size. Also the bathroom was way too small and the toile was almost the floor. Was not comfortble. In the morning we realized we onkynhad two large bath towels. Luckily the housekeeper was in the hall so we were able to quickly get towels. Won’t be back,
