Very good hotel. A bit older in some regards but clean, comfortable, and maintained so suited our overnight stay very nicely. Good full breakfast with hot options but i wish yogurt hadnt been yhe fake sweetener light kind and wouldve liked flavored creamer, but thats me being picky. My husband loved the cinnamon roll waffle batter option! The gym was good. Small but i had it to myself. Was worried about the very old looking treadmill but it worked like a breeze. The night desk clerk is amazingly friendly and helpful and her bosses should know!

Horrrible customer service from hotel and charged us for 2 nights when we were only there for one. Is currently refusing to redund money. Claimed it was recently "remodeled" but had mold in shower and was poorly cleaned with lo g hairs and insects in tub.

The inside of the hotel wàs very neat and clean. Put when we pulled into the parking lot we wee very put off, in fact it looked very unsafe.

The bathroom didn’t look like it got clean all the way. The tub didn’t drain very quick and by the end of my shower the water was more then ankle deep. Seen a towel hanging on the bathroom door. So I assume it was a dirty towel that got missed. Only one light working in the pool area and kids say the water smelled like vinegar (and tasted like it when they licked their lips after being in the water)

Our camera showed a skinny blonde with tattoos came in our room twice and removing a pill bottle of which was my husbands pain medication. We left lights on EVERY-TIME & TV and everytime we returned the lights n tv would be OFF!! And everytime we returned, our card had to be changed! We placed the do not disturb on the door where it stayed, but that doesn’t keep sticky fingers out of your room!!! We’ll not book with this location ever again! My advise is do a back ground check!! Because you have thieves working for you!!! The best employee there was the kind older blonde lady, she’s very sweet & informational. She’s the one that checked us in.

Had a great stay. Rhonda was awesome. Helped with our TV and called later to follow up and make sure all was well. Breakfast offerings were great. Room was very comfortable and clean. Recommend this motel very highly. Thanks for everything

This property was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the minute we walked through the door, we were greeted with a smile and felt welcome. The room itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well. The only things that need improvement are a missing aerator on the bathroom faucet and the noisy fan in bathroom. There are also plenty of choices of restaurants close by. If we ever pass through Waterloo again, we would definitely stay here.

Quiet, even though it was full house for the weekend. Room was very clean & looked recently renovated. All staff I encountered were friendly & helpful. Grounds outside well maintained with a well lit parking lot much appreciated. Good breakfast selection. The free shuttle stop to & from Irish Fest was a nice plus for the weekend. Overall a pleasant weekend stay.

I loved everything about my stay here except I was traveling with a disabled person and it was extremely difficult getting her wheelchair in and out of your building maybe have handicap buttons installed to open doors or something

We stayed here for one night after a long day at the waterpark. We were very impressed with the hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and recently remodeled. Much nicer than the pictures suggest. There were mant options available at breakfast. Our only complaint would be not having coffee creamer options available. This was a great family friendly hotel for a quick stay. We will be back!

Found used condom on floor by bed. Clothes next to bed. Place smelled like smoke. Looked like a sketchy hotel frok outside.

We were in town for a family reunion. My son was meeting us and he has a larger dog. That was the original reason for choosing this Days Inn. We were extremely pleased when we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations. Very nice rooms, friendly staff and nice amenities. It is a little further from our daughter's house, but we would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is by the farthest my fav. It's clean comfy. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was awesome. My 5 yr old grandson is autistic and a picky eater. He ate 2 biscuits and gravy and a waffle. Job well done. And ty for ur amazing work

My memory of this property is already fading, I checked in after midnight and just took a shower and slept for maybe six hours or so. I missed breakfast. But I remember the desk staff being helpful and friendly, and they were quick to let me know that they could sell me discounted tickets to Lost Island theme park.

I wasn’t so sure based on the outside if I’d picked a good hotel but I definitely did. The outside could use updated but it was beautiful inside and our room was bright and very clean!

The rooms were just remodeled and beautiful. The manager and front desk clerk Shelby were just awesome. Very accommodating. Would stay here again.
