Our experience here was top notch. It’s not for the faint of heart price wise, but worth every penny in my opinion. The rooms were clean and modern and the pool and beach area were spectacular. I am VERY picky about hotels and I would absolutely recommend it. We had a few families with small children during our stay and they were all very happy as well.

Birthday gift. Paid in full before check in. Hotels.com 72969624308488 gave a property fee and as a Hilton member 3172362048 I made a budget for the amount along with parking and possible add on for Hilton resort fee per the written information within both website or invoices. Unknown to me there was an additional $300 hold request for incidentals nothing was in writing for that amount. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable feeling for going until a birthday the next day. Front desk helped offer another hold amount but then I was charged $30-$40 more than what was discussed. Also, ocean view room with balcony requested very dirty glass balcony panels and water leaked from the top floors all-day. Not a good feeling when our windows he balcony.

Staff was great, we rented two rooms for one night. room 1811 was ok at best for the price. Soap scum and black mold through the shower, exhast fan didnt work nor did all of the lights and the bathroom door didnt latch. Not to mention the dried blood on the bed frame near the balcony... the second room 19 somthing rented was imaculate.

The room was great and the location was excellent. What did not make sense was the lack of a decent restaurant or even coffee shop on the premises. I’ve never been in a nice hotel like this with the total lack of a decent “open” restaurant

Our room was hot & you couldn’t turn down the ac. After an hour and two requests they finally came. The filter wax filthy and they struggled to lower temp but it finally cooled off. No paper towels in the kitchen. When you spend over $500/night you expect more.

This was a celebration for my wife, her birthday. Our arrival was great, from the valet service greetings us, to the check-in was quick and effortless. The suite we book had an amazing view, clean and relaxing. "However", once we settled in we noticed that everything was scan to get information, bathrobe and slippers was not in room as described. We had to request them, along with spoons, cups, plates, and drinking glasses. The restaurants are not very upscale as they should have been, and Nube restaurants charges extra 17 % service charges that are not disclosed upfront. Overall, the Hilton is a very good stay.
