3 night stay. 1st room the tv didnt work. 2nd room the deadbolt got stuck so the door would not close.

Floor was sticky, back of desk chair had dirty stain, room cleaning not done though specifically asked, card keys canceled after first night.

When I arrived the front desk said I had to pay a 50 dollar hold on my card which I have never had to do before they said it just started this week no notice then my room was horrible very outdated no furniture the furniture that was there was old and dirty couch orange with foot prints on it the bedroom tv was broke sound no picture called front desk he said he couldn’t do anything my visit was very sad I wasted money whole hotel needs updated badly

Very quick and friendly check in. Our room was as advertised and very clean. Comfy beds and nice hot warer and pressure for the shower. Overall it was a quiet a nd nice stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again..

Overall it was very good !
I tried to check in an hour early as I was going to be out and about till evening time ; the young lady at reception wanted to charge me $25 for early check in ! Not about the money, but even fancier hotels will allow you to check in early if a room is available.
Breakfast was fair at best … area looked dirty and not staffed .
I just slept breakfast for remaining mornings … I still like the location, the rooms were nice and clean and price was good . I would stay there again !

The room was infested with spiders, the bedding was not clean and extremely stained, there was blood on the walls in the bathroom, the thermostat was broken so we could not adjust the temperature. Overall our room looked like it was not cleaned at all. We have stayed in some pretty bad hotels but this was the nastiest. I am not pleased at all. We also did not get a password for the WiFi. The tv channel list was also incorrect.

the property looked like it was recently renovated but I also think they are understaffed in the cleaning and maintenance department. While the hallways and common areas are clean and breakfast was descent, the bedrooms floors needed more sweeping. I had them replace the shower curtain because it was covered in muddy hand prints. The pool needs cleaning.

Breakfast was from 6:30-10. We got down there at 8:45. Everything was empty and what a mess! Food all over the place. People wandering around looking for staff and no one there. I finally went in back room and yelled several times and the one staff was on her phone. I told her nothing left hardly. She proceeded to tell me she would see what she had. Came back with a little waffle mix and still didn’t even wipe anything down. I asked for a banana and she said they had no more but a few minutes later brought me one. In the meantime more people came down to eat. Very poor breakfast especially for a weekend. This is the second time we have stayed there and the same thing happened before. Also no front desk staff to help.

Quality of facility and the room are simply a 1 star hotel. They came into my room to “clean” for a few times randomly, but a tissue paper I dropped on the floor were left there for 4 days (just next to the bed and in front of night stand) without moving. Really wonder why they came inside for if they don’t pick up such an obvious trash (I didn’t touch it to test if the cleaner would ever move it to the trash). The front desk staffs were nice though.

Most of the stay went well. The check in process went smoothly and we were actually able to check in a bit early. However, the room was not the best with the main issues being with the doors and the a/c. We were in a suite so it contained 3 doors total and none of them closed properly. Each of them had to be slammed quite harshly in order to be closed. Our second issue is that for whatever reason the room was extremely muggy as if the a/c was unable to pull out any humidity despite the room actually being cool. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were fine and the room of our traveling companions said there room did not feel the same. They also said their doors operated just fine. In summary, the hotel was okay and I suppose my review would have been better if we were lucky enough to have been given a different suite.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The guest room floor was not that clean. There was food crumbs on the desk chair and under the desk. Location was perfect for our needs.

I gave this hotel a 1 for multiple reasons.
The shower/bathroom had other people's hair, the 1 queen bed had really bad stains all over the fitted sheet, the night stand area was dirty. We go to breakfast, no potatoes, no milk, no butter, I asked the staff for the stuff was told no they didn't have it, went to front desk, she said they do but it was in storage. I asked why they wouldn't keep the breakfast area stocked knowing there was a concert in town. My over all impression was, they didn't want to put more food out and honestly could care less. I'm very disappointed, do not recommend this place and nor will I ever stay there again. We didn't get back to the room till after 1 am, otherwise I would have gone to a different hotel.

Room smelled like cooked cabbage. We had to go buy room freshener due to the odor. It was late when we got in, & it was fully booked so we decided to just sleep.
The ac had to be controlled on the unit. The wall thermostat did not connect to it. It was turned in 60° and we figured out late that it was working.
The water was hot and the pressure was adequate for my shower. The towels left white lint all over my body and hair.

Multiple surfaces were visibly dirty. Including the toilet. The a/c remained at 70 degrees regardless of how low I turned the thermostat.

One redeaming quality is it was quiet, if you could ett past all the dogs barking..
complaints; elevator felt like it was going to break and drop you if the door didnt squish you first. No water, or coffee at any point including during the breakfast, and breakfast choise was little to none. Everything had a odor that was attempting to be covered by cheap air fresh.

We stay there every time we come to St. Louis and this time we stayed and we had walked into a dirty room. The guy didn’t really want to give us an another room. He said that he was booked and then he came up with another room. So we went to that room and it smelled like sewage. So then we ask for a refund. Then they finally found us another room that was clean. Then we went down to eat breakfast and it wasn’t very clean around where everyone is trying to fix their plates. Always before we never had that problem. It was always clean. It seems like it has new owners.
