Stacy and whole staff were great I don’t think they offer room service but they were slow and delivered ice and food couldn’t ask for a friendlier crew

We checked in at 8PM on 8/24 and the desk clerk was excellent, provided great customer service and made some great local recommendations!

I loved the courtyard in the middle and how inviting it looked from our 1st floor back window. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we are in Fort Collins. The front desk was friendly and hospitable as well.

I think it was Dillon at the front desk? He was awesome. So friendly and asked all the right questions. Pool was a bit on the cold side.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room air conditioner didn’t cool as efficiently as needed for the 100+ weather the area was experiencing. Otherwise - fantastic experience!

Nice stay for 1 night after a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park on our way to Wyoming. There is a pizza place walkable across the parking lot. Pool & hot tub were clean & enjoyable.

Our stay was a one night late stop on the way home. We only had 3 towels in our room and we had 4 occupants. Due to the remodeling, breakfast was very minimal and did not know this until we checked in. Somewhat disappointing. Website should be updated with this information. Hotel was in the middle of being remodeled so pretty dusty. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was so helpful and went the extra mile. The room was clean and wonderful. Comfortable bed. However, there is current construction. The hallways are long and the elevators are quite a distance to walk and drag luggage.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Beautifully remodeled property. Loved the option of sitting in the courtyard around the fire, having a lounge available, and breakfast in the morning. Only complaint would be the bathroom really doesn’t have any storage. Just a feeeatandinf sink with no shelving.

Our stay was a short, overnight stay, but the hotel was not as I thought it should be. The wifi wouldn't work, the rooms were a little old and their bar was very lacking.
