Very nice staff. Room was semi clean not filthy tub needed cleaning a couple roaches but all in all decent stay.

Room was in the 90° range when i arrived at 7pm and did not cool off until about 1am. TV did not work. Sink was clogged and leaking from the bottom.

Roaches. Literal dog pee on the floor of the stairs.

The shower floor was unstable , felt like i was.going to fall through restroomwasn't very clean..... The towels were not washed, the floor in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed... Over all just saying it was a bad experience and wouldn't never stay at this popuerty

The place was a mess! There was hair in the tub, there was bedbugs and thats all it took we left. This place sgouldnt be on expedia.

Very dirty and unkept hotel. We gave a credit card for a deposit and were charged for pet having pets, which we did not have. We called the hotel after seeing the charge on the card and have received no response. The check-in process was hectic as there was lots of people waiting and the staff seemed overwhelmed. And the rooms were the dirtiest I've ever seen. There's no way they can justify any sort of damage deposit, pets or no pets, based on the condition. I would not recommend this and we'll never stay here again, even though I like traveling on a budget. Would rather spend another $50 and get a clean, honest, decent stay.

The bathroom door was broken, electric plug did not work in bathroom, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was in room. Had to go ask for more.

Out of the 6 hotel that I stay only 2 complied with my request of disabilities. 1 was so dirty, had no fridge or microwave and did not complied with the request for disable person. Very unsatiesfied

The WORST hotel iv ever stayed at!!! As soon as we walked into our hotel room, there was literally poop in the toilet that looked like it had been there for day. Stains on sheets, floor was stained looked like throw up! Please! If you have another option, take it!!!!!!

It was disgusting. There was blue and orange stuff smeared on the walls, hairs and grime in the bathroom and the floor was filthy It didn’t look like the room had actually been cleaned in months other than the bed being made. But even that was gross. There was a hair on the pillow under the pillow case and the comforter visible stains everywhere.

The person in the breakfast was very angry and has no manner to talk to the guest

The whole experience was awesome

Immediately I could tell that the hotel was older and had seen better days, but I am not too picky so I figured I can't be that bad. The lobby and halls had a strong smell, I'd hoped the room would be better. It was not. Although the room was non-smoking, it had a thick stale cigarette smell that I just couldn't get over. It was hard to breath. I went to open up the window to try to air it out, found that our window was on the level with the parking lot and had no screen. And it really did nothing to improve the air in the room. It was late, so I tried to just go to sleep. I kept waking up and finally at 3:30am, unable to sleep I decided that I couldn't stay there my second night. I couldn't bare to be there another moment. I got up, took a shower and gathered my things. I went to check out. The gentleman behind the counter was apologetic and nice, but said that he was new and had to check with the manager about my second night. Next day I get an email, that because I did not cancel my reservation 24 hours in advance i would still be charged for the second night.

Has bed bugs. Sink and bathtub wouldn't drain.halls reak of moth balls and drugs. Maintenance dude is up all hours of the night. The owners are super nosey. Towels are brownish/yellow. I wouldn't recommend this place to my neighbors dog...

This hotel has very poor or non customer service. Room did not have basic furniture for a room, like night stand to put you phone or watch or glasses beside the bed. Insufficient light in the room. It was hard to see at night as room only had one bulb. Service at the reception was very very poor. Very disappointed. I have stayed at other super 8 and nothing like this
