Nice infinity pool but room needs updated! I think it’s over priced.

Room was very average …bed rolled when you sat on it, bathroom needs updating , shower over bath not what you would expect in “ deluxe king room “ .

Room was spacious clean great view of pool and ocean location was excellent pools are amazing .

We checked in on Sunday late afternoon for a 3-night stay and weren’t told that our room was adjacent a pool with live music. The music was so loud that we could feel the wall vibrating! We reported to receptionist and were advised that live music was only played on weekends till 7pm. We subsequently received the same assurance in writing. So we decided not to make a fuss about it and went out for early dinner. However, after a day out the following day (Monday), we were shocked to discover there was still music from the pool on a weekday. We reported to receptionist but were told we’d been wrongly advised that the pool music wouldn’t be played on a Monday. We expressed our utter disappointment with the inconsistent advice, especially when we specifically requested a quiet room at the time of booking. A staff then wrote to us that, on a Monday, it was “music playing for guests who are poolside, but it is not a party”. Regardless of the definition of a pool party, we were utterly disappointed because: •we weren’t forewarned of the noise when checking in, since we requested for a quiet room  when we booked •when the pool was party central, the deafening noise meant our room wasn’t fit for purpose - couldn’t even watch TV, let alone have a rest In a magazine article, the GM of the resort indicated that “we all have a part to play in exceeding the expectations of every guest” and “my role is to lead by example” - you’ve a fundamental challenge!

Room and furniture was a bit dated. Could do with Reno. Room passes weren’t available. Staff were great.

We liked the facilities on the property they are excellent However we stayed for quite a few days and not once was our room cleaned only towels changed and also still floors not cleaned properly before we arrived still hair on the tiles. Was noisey early hours of the morning. Really hope gets fixed before we stay again as we left them this info on the card supplied

Lagoon pool was amazing, room were nice although were not serviced regularly. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again but would pay extra and stay in one of the Lagoon Rooms.

Sorry but the meals at the Sports Bar was absolutely woeful, both of us agreed that it’s the worst food in the Territory after 60 yrs of travelling and eating out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Uncle Sam’s over the Sports Bar. Should be ashamed of yourselves for serving that crap up.

Restaurants are good view oceanfront great. Could not purchase late checkout despite being told the day before we could. So booked into day stay at Airport Novotel till our flight leaves to night and very happy with this resort lovely swimming pools bar food service great!

The view

Bad value for money. The great thing to do is the swimming pool with the bar inside, that's really nice (but expensive cocktail 30$). The room is ordinary with an nice ocean view. Any big table on the balcony to eat with the room service. Little shower and no brushteeth. Fitness centre is good.

We enjoyed our stay, room had an ocean view balcony. Shame about letting people smoke on their balconies , it ruined the fresh air experience .

Everything was excellent except for the Chinese restaurant, which was mediocre at best. Otherwise, winderful! Michael

We were in an Ocean View room - it had to be the best outlook of hotels in Darwin. Dining options were good & not overpriced. Breakfast on the balcony with ocean views at The Vue was great start to the day.

The room was a bit disappointing the shower screen didn’t shut properly and the toilet you to flush twice to work.

Property is tired!

Lagoon swim out pool from our room was fabulous and welcomed given the warm weather. Highly recommend.
