When I arrived, there was only one set of pillows, blanket and towels even though I booked a double room. The room had a weird smell, the bathroom had mold. The shower head did not quite fit into the holder, so taking shower was also an unpleasant experience.
I was highly disappointed.

Nice quiet hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Room was small but comfortable. Internet was out during my stay but fortunately I was just passing through.

The experience was disappointing.
Upon arrival, there was a huge spider in the room.
The floor in the bathroom had blue stains from the cleaning gel. The stains were there even after 3 nights of our stay which means no one cleaned the bathroom while we were there. When we returned to the hotel at 11 pm on our last night, we didn't have ANY towels, the reception was closed and we couldn't reach anyone.
That never happened to me before even in 2* hotels.
That is unacceptable experience for a hotel which claims to have 4 stars.

Lovely clean hotel, very modern in the rooms. The only downside is the hairdryer in the room is terrible so take your own with you. the location is great, you can walk or run around the lake, and access to restaurants near by. Very convenient

Excellent location, very clean Hotel. Lacks a restaurant although the area is very well served by many different kinds of restaurants. Cost is slightly below average. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay in Hamburg dor a show and have some good time. Havent had breakfast there so I cant really give a comment on that. I really liked the fact that the have a garage.

you can barley close the door when shower ( I am average build!) light and noise from the streetone of staff was kinda rude two others polite. far from downtown. overall, not recommended for more than a night

I sat on the bed to watch television and less than 20 seconds later the wood slats slipped off the frame and I and the mattress crashed to the floor. I had to move as little as possible or the slats would fall through. Also, the single comforter they had on the bed barely fit the bed. When you got underneath of it your sides were not covered, hence, you were cold. The room thermostat was locked out so I could not increase the heat to supplement the temperature.

On excellent bus routes into the city but with the quiet of an upmarket neighbourhood. Good restaurants in the area, also supermarkets and independent shops and coffee bars.Easy ride into the city or out to the airport. Beautiful walk around the lake near by.

A lovely small hotel, with a a great Japanese feel. Very clean and friendly front office staff.A supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the property and nus stops very close by
