It was great, but we arrived late at night and found the check-in to be slow and hard to find a person and the front desk since it was locked down for the evening.

Stayed one night to avoid an early but fierce snowstorm. A definite great happenstance. Hotel is great and a good value when you factor in the amenities and provision for meals. We will definitely look for the Drury properties as we travel!

We booked this hotel because Hotels com advertised it as having a hot tub. That was important to our trip. The hot was under renovation and we could not use it which was a huge disappointment. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com were helpful

Hotel was very nice, but we were so looking forward to seatings in the hot tub(spa). But when checking in found that it was closed. One ofthe main reason i picked it was that they had a spa.

it was a good stay, customer service was great. although it was under renovation, staff did there best to minimize disruptions or inconveniences

There was no parking due to construction. I had to park illegally both nights. The daytime clerk was not friendly either day. She didn't even responded when I told her to have a nice day. The swing shift clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the trip much better.

Fabulous. Great value, clean and comfortable. Excellent food and love the happy hour. We will stay at Drury Inns at every opportunity. This particular one was a gem.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is under renovation so lobby was not fully accessible and breakfast was catered in (from Cracker Barrel and it was quite good).

The staff was excellent- all friendly especially Matthew. He checked us in when we got to the hotel late at night and was wonderful. The indoor/outdoor pool is unique and hope to try it next time. The only down side was limited parking due to some construction.

We have stayed at this particular Drury's Inn many times in the past and for some reason an extra room fee of $50 was added . The desk clerk said it would be deducted pending no damages -- with 2 guest well into their 80's what kind of damages could we do . In our future travels even though we most generally stayed at Drurys Inn , I doubt if I will stay at one again

Very nice remodeled room. Comfortable, nice amenities, very friendly staff. I was so surprised they serve dinner and drinks! My only change would be please serve good coffee—I depend on a good cup of coffee in the morning and I couldn’t drink the stuff that was served it was so bad. I would love to stay here again but am guessing I won’t because of the bad coffee (yes, it’s that big of a deal to me).

Drury Inn is the place to stay if you want a comfortable, good nights sleep! Although they were doing some construction which affected the breakfast kitchen, they had Cracker Barrell cater the breakfast. It was OK, but not the same as what you would normally get from Drury Inn. Our room was awesome and I will look to stay in only Drury Inns on my future trips as they are so worth it.
