It is in an residential area that is away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions to not be bothered by big crowds, but also close by to transit so you can get to those areas quickly. A lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. The hotel has a kitchenet, a microwave, and a fridge within the room; therefore if you want so money and buy groceries you can do that as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin though, you can hear people being loud in other rooms. It was definitely worth the value of money, would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and clean Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhhod is close to the city center but far enough away to be relaxed. It is well connected to the center by bus and metro. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel for your visit to Madrid

This is our 5th stay in this property and still a gem, great location in upper Salamanca area, everything you need just a few minutes walking. Great room space, great bed sizes, great breakfast and super great restaurant. I will always recommend this Hotel and my favorite stay in Madrid. Great job.

I would like to extend my thanks to the staff at this property. I had become ill over various days of traveling etc. with one call to the hosts est down stairs they were able to help us in scheduling a doctor to come visit us in our room. The doctor went about and beyond and got me back to health with the right prescriptions that same day. Best experience I’ve ever had.
Besides this that staff here all share the calling to serve and be helpful. Truly my top 5 experiences I’ve experienced. Also it is in a great location as there are many dinning restaurants to chose from all in walkable distances. Public transportation is easily accessible and easy to use. Def recommend the VP to all that travel here. We will be back soon!

Love this hotel. Very comfortable and safe location. I have stayed here over 5 times as a home base while traveling abroad. It feels like a studio apartment. I use the kitchen for my breakfast meals. Garden view is quite and peaceful.

The rooms and property are wonderfully kept and designed. The location is conveniently located near a metro line that can take you to the Madrid Central in about 5 stops. The area felt safe and homey which I value in a space when traveling. I wish I could have stayed longer, but that's a reason for another visit!

They ask you for the entire amount of your stay up front upon arrival, which I have never seen before (it is, truth be told, in very small print in the conditions when you reserve). Their water heater died for a day when we were there - they fixed it by the next morning and offered us free breakfast in compensation. Overall, very nice people!

The hotel is in a great neighborhood in Madrid, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated but it’s unbelievable that they have two coffee makers in every room but not a single capsule of coffee for the guests.

The hotel was great, plenty of space in the room. Nice bathroom with a bath. Staff all very friendly. However the information stated sound insulation which it most certainly wasn’t. We were disturbed by road noise and other residents banging their doors, listening to television late at night and noisy talking. Nothing can be done I suppose but a secondary door in the room would help a lot.
