They didn’t have a shower chair so we had to buy one, which we left for future guests that might need it. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it took forever to take a shower! The beds we’re comfortable, but the rollaway bed was not. It was a good thing that I had brought a bed topper because it made the rollaway good! In general, the hotel was clean and in good condition. All of our requests were taken care of, except the shower chair. We booked the room sight unseen based on the room rate which was important to us. We would definitely come back, but hope that shower is fixed!!

We were really excited about being able to bring our dog to this establishment. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and when we got to the room, there was CARPET in the room that was covered in pee stains! It was awful. It smelled like establishment attempted to clean the stains and there was a musty smell left in the room. Seeing the numberous large urine stains was disconcerting to say the least. We were trying to make the best of it, but when I was in the powder room area, one of the front windows would not lock and was loosely sitting in the window frame. That was my last straw. I called the lobby, spoke to the attendant and told her I was VERY unhappy with the room because of the urine stains and window. I couldn't believe a hotel that catered to families with pets would have CARPET in the hotel room...and would rent a room that had obvious urine stains locate throughout the room! The lobby receptionish calmly told me no problem, they could move me to a room that didn't have carpeting. My thought was, why would you put a guest with pets in a carpeted room, knowing the risk pets can cause if they have an accident?...but, I was willing to give the hotel another chance because it was later in the day and we weren't about to start looking for another pet-friendly hotel if they could make the issue right by us. Luckily, we were put in another room that had laminated flooring throughout, windows closed and it was much-better suited to our stay.So disappointing! :(

This was a lovely room with an outside enclosed porch. very clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and nice. the room did need a bit of repainting but very comfortable.

I like where they ask everything via text so both parties can be updated on what is going on for the check in and what we need. Staff is very helpful.

We absolutely love staying here. Only hotel we stay in now. Have recommended others and they enjoy the stay. So close to everything. And you can’t beat having Carla’s kitchen just down the street.

We absolutely loved staying at Harbor Inn! The room was lovely, everything was clean and comfortable. We even had a private back patio! It was quoet and peacful, we didnt hear any npise or talking from any other rooms or the parking lot. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful- very attentive to any needs or requests. We had our dog with us and the hotel was very accommodating to her too! There is a nice grassy pet area, a pet wash area/tub, and they even gave her a little goodie bag when we checked in. The hotel has a fantastic view of the bay and is situated within walking distance of everything including Moro Rock, and Pismo beach/San Luis Obispo are just a short scenic drive away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice enough place but the deal breaker for me what the very very slow hot water that took more than 10 minutes to warm up, and the bad water pressure. They need to do something about this. It's wasting water to let it run that long before it gets hot. Beds are comfortable, the place is clean and the location is perfect.

Room was clean as was the property. Service desk was prompt and efficient when checking in and out. Liked it that they allow pets as I always travel with my dog.

Looks like the have been renovating. Seemed clean & neighbors were quiet so no complaints. Clean bathroom, large bed & very nicely sized room.

The room was not clean. The little couch had not been vacuumed, and there were crumbs all over. It looked like white and brown stain smudged in the fabric of the couch.. There is a skylight over the bed, which lets the light in early in the morning and there’s no way to block it out. Bathroom was extremely small, had mold all over on the walls of the skylight area. Terrible patch jobs with different sheen of paint Unprofessional. The breakfast did not include any fruit which is pictured in the website online there’s zero options, other than bread and instant oatmeal. we were there two nights three days and no clean towels were given the room was not serviced.

When checking in I got upgraded to an Ocean view room. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was exceptional. The staff are very friendly. The place was clean and quiet

We had a good stay. Harbor House is conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, and Highway 1. A bit dated, but clean.

Well, the toilet ran all night my husband had to turn the water off so we could sleep, the floors were dirty. We asked them to clean them and they didn’t do that. Some of the channels on the TV didn’t work couldn’t hear the sound that was weird.

Pleasant visit. The only thing that I think can be improved here is the water pressure of the shower in our room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a renovated room with a fireplace. Everything was within walking distance as long as you can tackle a few hilly areas.

Nice & pleasant older hotel. 2 stories with stair access. Standard features like in room coffee, fridge, MW & TV. West view of Morro Rock from 2nd floor and close enough to walk to the shoreline resturants if you like.

We had a nice comfortable evening. I loved our room on second floor. Pet friendly.

We were at the beach in the afternoon and were exhausted. Check in was fast and easy. Walked to dinner, walked to Morro Rock. Its so safe here and the location is perfect for anything you want to do and see

We realy enjoyed our short stay in Morro Bay. I love the area by the water. The seals were very entertaining and our room was very nice.

Harbor House was centrally located to restaurants, the beach and walking distance to Front street. Nice, clean hotel with nice views of Morro Bay Rock.

We have stayed here many times. It's always clean and in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. We will continue to stay here in the future.

The rooms were modern, fresh, and clean. The area is within close walking distance to all the attractions n Morro Bay but is still quiet and restful. I highly recommend.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to park right in front of our room which made it easy unloading our cases. Great location and really peaceful. Some shops really close by and easy walking distance into Morro Bay harbor. We wished we had stayed longer!

Great location - very walkable to and from the shops/restaurants and sites along the Embarcadero. Front desk attendants were very friendly. Communication via text was convenient and efficient. Very dog friendly - with a grass area right in front of the inn and dog treats/poop bags provided upon arrival. Would stay there again during a future visit to Morro Bay.

Convenient location, dog friendly, and offers a pet wash station! This came in very handy with our trips to the beach. Cups in the room were dirty when I arrived. Other than that, everything seemed clean. Good communication and convenience.

We loved our stay. Check-in was fast. The room was clean and in good shape. The bed and side tables looked new. The hotel is just off the freeway, on Main Street, and is within walking distance of the waterfront and lots of dining options.
