Wi-fi is practically non-functional, meaning any internet device that is not in a data plan is useless. The building has one elevator that often makes ominous noises, and the stairs trigger the fire alarm.

Booked four rooms for my team and arrived to find dead bugs and an overwhelming chemical smell in the one room a team member checked into. We all opted to find somewhere else to stay. Two weeks later I came to realized I’d been billed for the entire reservation!!! I’m am outraged and extremely dissatisfied with Hotels.com support and assistance getting our money refunded.

Kids were caught breaking into cars, including ours. Luckily, they were chased away by security, nothing taken.

Clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk, was not always able to be reached; not by phone or face to face. Rooms have no microwave nor does the hotel. Fridge leaked and did not cool. We came in and there was a puddle on the floor. We cleaned it but needed a towel and front desk person was hard to find. Overall it was clean and comfortable. We did see some great fireworks.

I reserved an accessible room. I have some mobility issues. I was given a hearing impaired room. I’m not deaf. No one asked what type of accessible room I needed or wanted. I was too tired to argue so I made due but it meant no shower for me today.

They did a good job of redoing an older property. Room was small; even a couple might find it cramped. But at the price good for a lone traveller. Lack of a microwave annoyed me because I couldn’t make a hot drink. Fridge was fine, bathroom simple but gleaming. If you travel with an electric kettle or don’t care about having a hot drink, for the price it’s a bargain.

Upon my arrival I was pleasantly surprised with the overall presentation of the property. Check in was normal. The Desk Attendant/Clerk was very courteous, attentive and informative. However, on the way to my room, I noticed the carpet in the hallway was noticeably worn and reaped of a slight odor. I'd recommend a thorough "carpet cleaning" or maybe even removal and replaced with hardwood like the rooms. As I entered my room, I walked through before placing my belongs and noticed the table top was not clean, the bathroom, bed, and floor all around for the most part appeared to be cleaned. But, I always travel with disinfectant and I commenced to spraying to clear the air and cleaning the table top. I didn't use the mini refrigerator, but did notice a huge "block of ice" around the freezer. Cable TV worked just fine. The Ice machine, vending machines, and "Mini-Market" were all nice amenities. Again, I was pleased, and the cost was within reason considering it was a holiday weekend. It was quiet and conveniently located to areas that I visited during my stay. And yes, I felt safe.

Elevator was broken

I'm 70 years old and when we got there the elevator was out of order and they tried to put us on the 4th floor. when I said no she tried the 3rd floor. I said no I'm 70 years old and not climbing all those stairs. was told they had nothing lower. Asked for the manager he was able to find a room on the first floor by moving someone who had not yet arrived.

I know it's a budget motel, so my expectations were low, but yikes! So here it goes. The hot water went away 12 seconds into my shower. The towels were apparently made from 100% recycled wax paper and the pillow cases felt like they were filled with car parts. In the positive side, the air conditioner was loud enough to drown out the dude's snoring in the adjacent room, so that was nice. All in all, this was a half step up from camping.

Elevator broken, we were on the 3rd floor. TV had 4 blurry local stations, not what was advertised in the rooms. Bed was OK. Triple the price because of Notre Dame graduation. Sign on elevator said it would be fixed by the 17th but we checked in on the 18th and still not fixed. You would think they would take extra care to have everything right when they are booked solid so that people would want to come back.

Price is nice and low and the place was nice and clean

The GM here is not a bit kind nor does he represent what hospitality looks like however the rest of the employees here and the front desk manager are phenomenal!!! The housekeepers are outstanding and the head housekeeper went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay here and she keeps the place cleaner than any motel 6 we have ever stayed at!! It’s quiet for the most part and the rates our reasonable unless something big is going on in the area especially with Notre Dame College. Pets Stay Free

Rooms were a bit on the small side and they don’t offer breakfast but other than that this hotel and the staff were more than anything we could of expected! Met all our needs and then some! Hotel is very clean and they offer pretty much the best rates in the area for the quality!!

We always stay there when we comento town. Very close to alot and pet friendly..coffee in the morning is a bonus!

Food was in the fridge from last guest room wasnt cleaned all week but it is a newer hotel it was clean had to buy my own coffee every morning across the street they were always out
