we were on our way home from Wisconson, it was late and we knew we would not be there till around 10. It looked nice on the website and the price was right for a quick one nighter. The hotel was in very good condition. The halls had to be redone, and the room was fine, but everything was in need of cleaning. There was bits all over the carpeting in the halls, the room bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Other than that it was in very good condition.

The overall stay was alright. But the door to the room had a half inch gap at the bottom, the tub was lumpy causing water puddles and the parking area was super sketchy to be in and around in the evening.

First impressions are always important. When my family first pulled up to the hotel, our first thought was that this place looks sketchy. Checking in was easy and the front staff was friendly. When we go to the room, we wlnoticed the bed areas to be clean. The bathroom was a different case though. The tub looked like it hasnt been clean for awhile and the drain area still had left over broken body soap bar. We immediately left the room and told front desk. They were gracious and quick with switching us to another room. When we went into this room, we checked the bathroom first and it was clean. So we settled ourselves. After putting away our things is when we noticed there were what we believed to be red dye/stain on the white blankets. We had a long day of 9 hrs driving. We were to tired to go back to complain and there were no where else we could check into at this point since other places were reserved due to welcome weekend at Notre Dame. So we just pilled the blanket off and left it in a corner and used the blankets we had in the car. Would not be staying here again and won't be recommending it to others

Hotel was okay. Stairs and hallways need to be vaccumed regularly. A musty odor in the hallway and some rooms. Upon arrival, we had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Staff was responsive though.

The tub had a liquid substance in it. As well as several dirty rings around it. When I inquired about it a man was sent upstairs with a can of cleaning agent. He insisted it was just water that had not drained. He said he could give us a different room so we went in and that bathroom had standing liquid in the tub and on the floor. Refused to wash the tub and became condescending towards me. Slept there the first night, but did not stay the second night, as I did not know what the substance in the tub was. Nor did I feel comfortable he was very condescending. Bedroom area has floors, beds updated but not the cleanest.

The lobby was stifling hot, the AC in the guest room did not work, the tv did not work, bathroom was filthy, staff were untrained and unprofessional. Expedia should remove the hotel from their website.

Staff was not rude yet impersonal and indifferent. Staff wore flip flops. Carpets in hall in desperate need of a vacuum. Windows appeared to have been wiped but were all streaky. Bare minimum was done prepping rooms for guests. Had to request another room as the bathroom wasn’t cleaned (hair on floor etc). No elevator. No hellos, goodbyes or thank you’s. Really disappointed in the entire experience relative to its close proximity of Notre Dame, St Mary’s and Holy Cross. Seemed like many families were staying there for ‘move-in’ weekend at these colleges. Could have been more prepared and enthusiastic.

Mid quality hotel. Hard to believe that many stars. Ok breakfast. Shower had hair. Strange people walking around. No elevator. Good enough, but just missed the mark in many respects.

Toilet didn’t flush and they didn’t care. Overflow. Couldn’t use the bathroom.

Nothing special but for the price we only had to change rooms twice to get an air conditioner that either works or didn’t leak. Overall it is not clean as several had mentioned. Very nice staff just not keep clean as a rule. Elected not to do breakfast.

Receptionist was friendly, renting the room was an ease. The cleanliness was excellent. Our bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was very quiet.

The place is very nice, there were kids hanging outside at night making noise, think a party was going on in one of the rooms, dirnking and smoking ID's shuld be checked . I would have liked the front desk to let you know no room service. the message was on mirror we didn't see it till after. breakfast was great. staff was nice.

The room was not clean. Hair and stains on the bedding and in the shower. The toilet ran for most of our stay. The service staff attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. I was disappointed on the marijuana smell in a non smoking facility. Over all the stay was not great. Would not recommend for future visits.

The shower had mold in it, stains on ceiling, and the cable does not work.

Absolutely filthy! Scum and hair in the drain. Floors were not swept. Spills on the dresser. Questionable smears on the walls. We would have left, but the area hotels were full for an event at the stadium.

Nice little stay, not too expensive per night, and a great little breakfast house is across the recommend that I highly recommend!

Room floor was sticky. Toilet dirty. Bathroom over all was in not very good shape. Toilet itself was low to floor & would be difficult for older person to get off from as there is no handicap bar except in shower. Bed was decent as was size of room. Bedside light was missing light bulb.

This property is unsanitary and unsafe. The check in process was easy but the overall hotel was disgusting. The room smelled of stale smoke and we could smell people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms. The rooms were disgusting and not cleaned. Hair, pubic hair, dirt and soap scum in the shower. Sheets were dirty and stained. Missing pillow cases with dirty makeup covered pillows. Sprinkler in room was covered in tape. If there was a fire you would be in harms way. Window to room was left unlocked and had no screen in it. Was asked to view 2 other rooms on the second floor to see if we wanted to change rooms and they were in worse condition then the one we were assigned. This hotel is a safety concerned and needs to be reviewed. The only nice thing was the lovely staff Annie who checked us in and out and tried to do everything she could in her power to help.

Bathroom is terible

The property definitely has potential but it will take a lot. The rooms were clean-ish. We had to switch rooms because the sheets were dirty in the first 2 rooms and then had to get the sheets changed on one of the beds in the second room. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The toilet in one of our rooms did not flush and then ran all night long. My husband had to turn off the water to get it to stop. The floors in the showers were gross and we had to stand on towels to shower. Apparently the smoking area outside was right next to our rooms as periodically we could smell smoke as it was being brought in by the A/C units. It was also very noisy and we could hear the people fighting in the room next door, doors slammed all night long and we could hear every single person who walked down the hall. The breakfast was very limited in the morning with only apples, toast (white) and waffles available. We ended up stopping for breakfast after checking out. Fortunately we only stayed one night.

This room was disgusting. Should have left the moment we walked down the hallway and it wreaked of smoke and weed. The room had its own unique smell, the tub looked like someone had pooped in it. Hotel staff claimed it as cleaning chemicals and fine. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Hotel is newly remodeled beds are comfortable clean and hotel is pet friendly but you will pay $30 for your pet

I could tell the bathroom floor was not clean, there was hair on the floor and looked a little grimy

Easy access to the interstate, local colleges and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room was clean and tidy with all the necessary items: iron, ironing board etc. The staff was responsive and polite. However, the hotel seems to be understaffed as there was no one to bring a missing item up to the room as there was only one person at the front desk.
