The carpet smelled. The tub was filthy! There was paint peeling off the walls and falling onto the floor. The free breakfast was a joke! Frozen sandwiches, granola bars, and some oatmeal.

Room was cool and comfortable had fridge and microwave staff was friendly especially Heyde at the Comp Breakfast would stay here again❗️

It was nice to have Churches chicken, Mcdonalds and Starbucks within easy walking distance

Positive: Beds comfortable. Fridge clean. Toilet, sink, tub clean. Check-in good. Convenient location/close to I264. A/C worked well. Negative: Carpet stained. Drapes dirty and stained. Chair stained. Desk chair broken. Dirt on walls (liked like something had dripped down the walls). Dirt on bathroom walls. Non-stop mat in tub peeling up. Bad odor in room. Breakfast bad/limited (waffle machine, microwaveable sandwich, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins, yogurt). TV glitchy. Dryer out of service. Pool closed (due to Hurricane/Tropical storm)--didnt open it even after 4 days post storm. Would NOT stay here again.

It’s a good place to stay in a not so great location

Upon checking in no one at the front desk. Stood there for about 10-15 minutes even called the number and kept getting hung up on. Finally the guy I saw walking in sitting on the bench comes in and guess what he was the employee who should have been at the desk. Next finally get checked in go to the room and could not even get in the room. Go back downstairs he sends me to another room and the bed was messed up. Went back to front desk he send me to another room once you walked in you could smell the mildew growing in there. Head back to front desk and we still him to just clean the room that the bed was messed up. He goes to the room we watch him go in and he comes out 2 minutes later and says it’s ready REALLY so all you did was go in there and fix the bed. So they finally took us around to find a room we picked one but the tub was dirty and it did not smell great. It was late we had been on the road for 11 hrs so we were exhausted. We decided to go get some disinfectant and cleaning supplies and candles and made it work. We did not plan on spending slot of time in the room. The area was infested with homeless people not to safe.

The carpet is very old and dirty. Mattress is also ancient, soft like Tofu and you can even feel the spring coming out from the surface.

Upon arrival customer service was poor. The room that we originally received had EXTREMELY dirty sheets. And looked as if they were never changed on the other. When asked for new sheets it took over an hour before we got a response (we went to the counter). He said someone would be coming yet no one came. After the 4th time of asking we were told there was no house keeping on staff. I asked for sheets to change myself and this took another 30 minutes. He switched out room twice. In the second room we were told the lights didn’t work as he walked in thw room and turned the lights on… assuming the sheets were STILL dirty. He then assigned us to another room and took an extra 30 minutes to give us new sheets. He took me to the laundry room and told me “all sheets we have are clean” yet we were given a room that was previously slept in, and UNSANITARY. The tv also then didn’t work. Things were missing. Furniture was chipped. And the “complimentary” breakfast is terrible. It is not a sensible breakfast. Overall I was EXTREMELY unhappy with my stay. I had to give other visitors a heads up about the room conditions. The second room we were pair to after being told we could not stay.. he gave to someone else while I was still standing there. I was disgusted because he knew the stature of the room once he looked at it HIMSELF. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Plumbing problems required unplugging the toilet after each use. Pool is not opened.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked, and breakfast was satisfactory. If you are looking for a quick in and out in peace and cleanliness go for it.

There was only one ice machine, the first room I was assigned to was not clean. No pool.

Needed housing due to damaged housing, this hotel was convenient and reasonably priced.

Arrived to hear, if your light does not come on, I can come turn it on for you. Creepy. Then, when I went into the room, the light did not turn on. Certainly wasn't going to call anyone. Room old, tatered.

Room had mold over much of the ceiling and wall. Room was old and dingy. Barr light fixture in bathroom and lock missing from door.

The rooms need updates. The mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. The air conditioner in my room made loud noises all day and night. The carpets need to be cleaned. The rooms are cleaned enough to look clean. It has potential but it’s looks like the people that manage the place aren’t diligent in making sure things are up to a GOOD standard at least.There was leftover spaghetti in the microwave…….I never used the microwave my whole stay. I came for a family emergency and needed to be there a week. I wanted to wash clothes but the washing machines were in horrible condition and would’ve made my clothes dirtier. I had to clean the room myself to fill comfortable and I still was itchy after staying there. They need to work on the rooms and the leak in the main hallway.

This hotel was under construction and we were placed in a room that had a broken door, broken furniture and many other things. The stains on the carpet and furniture made it so I would not take off my shoes nor sit on the chair. Aweful.

Room 214 has a bad toilet and when the toilet was clogged after the first use. Instead of sending maintenance, they tell me to keep using the plunger. I actually did use the plunger and then they tell me that the plumber will not be there until 11pm (we just checked in there at 8pm) so I basically could not use the bathroom. Their solution was to use the bathroom in another hotel room and sleep in our room (there were three of us). When we arrived both staff members were playing some type of game on their phones before they checked us into the hotel. We left this hotel there was no quality at this INN if I could give negative stars I would. This experience sucked
