The location of this hotel was prime. It was close to everywhere we were going. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was modest. If you’re like us, then that is not huge deal because the only thing we did af the hotel was sleep and shower. There was floor tile that was loose which was definitely a trip hazard especially since the room we were in seemed to be handicap accessible.(handrails, bench in the shower, auto open/close doors). The bed itself was uncomfortable

We stayed here 2 nights as Hurricane Milton evacuees. Everyone was kind and compassionate. It was so nice to be in a clean and safe place. Staff was amazing.

Thought my key needed replacement but come to realize it was the door lock issue and went to front desk 3 times and maintenance didn't answer the radio after being called about 6 times so i had to sit in tbe lobby for about 30 minutes or more...front desk agent wasn't that comforting about the situation

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful and room was very clean. Also, the security guy was always available around the building -by me coming in late I felt safe. I forgot his name but Thank you again, security officer. Lashander

Hotel staff were all great. Traffic noise was a bit much since located on busy Tennessee Street in Tally. Room was clean, but a bit small compared the rooms we are used to.

The staff are wblhat makes the hotel hands down. Everyone from the receptionist to the breakfast lady to the maintenance staff were friendly, accommodating and generally sweet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the amenities are awesome. Would stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. However the construction noise was ridiculous. I was woken up at 8am to jackhammers and saws. After a long hot day of moving in my college son I just wanted sleep. I got a headache from the noise. They should not be charging $184 a night for this. So unhappy!

Excellent and polite staff. However the drilling and hammering started at 720 am on our stay and finished around 5pm - was super loud.
Several staff members spoke with me during the stay and they were all helpful, friendly and efficient. I’m afraid they were a little understaffed so in general there were queues at front desk all the time

It was ok, just way to expensive for what the hotel is and offer. Beside paying over 1000 for 4 nights, nothing is included! Even the chairs on the beach, it was $60 to rent it for the day. The restaurant in the property was worst, to be able to eat there, it is as least between $40 and $60 per person! Crazy! The cleaning of the room was weird, they do not clean it, they will just remove the garbage and change the towels... I don't believe it is worth the money you pay, but the view and the pool were great! They should update the kids water splash area, the floor and painting is falling a part...

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Best thing was paying little money for the breakfast when booking and it was a very big spread w bacon eggs and home made waffles.

Power shout off twice, elevators not working had to walk up to the 11th floor with heavy bags and a child.

Property is conveniently located near FSU. The valet is convenient as well as the Shula restaurant and the roof top bar. The rooms are spacious however, could be better cleaned.

I always told breakfast was included when I was booking the hotel but when we went to go to breakfast they said it wasn't included in my price of the hotel and it ended up costing me an extra $20 for breakfast, room really wasn't that quiet too much street noise was coming in until almost 11:00 at night

Hotel was very clean, staff was great, room was clean and had everything I needed. Only complaint was it felt very humid in the room even with the AC running. Other than that it was a great stay

There was a restaurant in the Lobby that served a menu with varied options, my Dinner and Breakfast were both lovely. The room was perfect and the bed comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are needing to stay in the area.
