The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-kept. Asked for extra pillows as the 2 provided were pretty thin. Night staff was happy to oblige. We were disappointed in the breakfast. The biscuits & gravy were cold. Otherwise, no issues and happy with the stay.

I liked that this property was right off the exit but so quiet I couldn’t tell!

Many rusty part to the bathroom and room, smelled very damp, not clean, due to upgrades needed to the hotel itself. Staff were fine.

The hotel was newer. The bed was comfy. If it was cleaner and the halls didn't smell I'd give it 4 stars.

Motel was good overall, only bad thing was the WiFi only works good in the lobby and breakfast area, I couldn’t get it in my 3rd floor room.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. People were living on our floor cooking and the smell was unbearable. Complained but staff could care less. Never going to another one.

Dirty and stinky. The rooms smelled really bad. Stains on the bedding. Rust on the metal trims in the bathroom, the tissue holder was heavily rusted and so was the shower bar. The rooms and hallway smelled really bad, a combination of strong food odors and mildew. It was hard to sleep. There were people grilling in the parking lot when we arrived to check in. Very poor experience for the price.

We had a good stay at our very first microtel in room 327 except for the fact that the maid’s didn’t clean our room, the hot tub was broken, no pool, they didn’t give an iron (not even in the laundromat), the room smelled, and there was a tree in front of our window. Other than that it was great.

POOR service, hardly spoke English, dirty, smelled HORRIBLE. Linens were filthy, bathroom was so disturbing and dirty. The shower curtin was supposed to be white, it was black in so many spots, pubic/body hairs EVERY WHERE in the bathroom. Toliet paper holder broken, paper was set on the dirty floor. The walls had holes, empty picture hangers where pictures must of been. I could go on forever. $189 for this room...Wyndham, this dump has your brand...WOW!

The internet was poor. Tired property

Wifi didn't work. Desk clerk was rude. Room was dark, dingy and not very clean. Very little water pressure. Property is difficult to access.

Room was okay, air conditioner not overly loud. However, elevator and corridor floors need some cleaning. Breakfast area just fair and just the clerk to check people out, fold sheets and try to stock and clean breakfast area.

Staff wasn't that welcoming, TV kept coming on in the middle of the night, only one towel for entire family. Relatively clean with comfortable beds.

Just stayed in for one night. Checked in late and out early.

Good value for the nightly rate. Room was clean and everything worked fine.

They said my payment did not go thru and would not give me my room when the charges was showing in my card

I reserved the hotel room as a getting ready spot for my husband and groomsmen to get ready before the wedding ceremony. My husband called the hotel and they told him they did not have the booking. We had to rush to find a different hotel for the guys to get ready in. Talk about a stressful situation. We went back after the wedding and they were able to get us into our room, but very disappointed we could not use the room for the main purpose of the booking!

The beds are rock hard and the hotel tub as of 6/7/24 is out of order until further notice.

Easy and seamless check in friendly staff

an ok stay overall. had a couple of issues while staying but none got resolved. one FD clerk was just plainly futile. after explaining the situation, all I got was an "ok, " which was the end of it.

Nice place

It was by far the worst hotel stay! At check in, I asked what is the latest check out time i can get and he said noon so I planned my time accordingly. At 11am the next morning someone came knocking on my door while i was in the shower and tells me I need to leave. I had an important meeting at 2pm and needed to be ready. I told the man that I was told at check in I can have a noon check out , the man continues to tell me no, you can not stay. I had to rush out of the shower and couldnt even get myself ready for my big meeting! During my stay at 2am a group of loud men decided to have a hallway party right in front of my room. I was up until 5am because of it. The bed felt like like I slept on a box of rocks and the sheets had stains on them! The bathroom towels also had stains on them and tub and toilet were not even clean! I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again or ever recommend it!

Towels were all stained and room had a smell to it... Laundry room was gross and pool/ hot tub were empty

The clerk helped get the TV to work. Breakfast snack was a little skimpy.

The property need to update.

When staying at this hotel, the sheets on the bed had yellow staining and the bathroom toilet seat had something that wayer was easily able to get rid of. They do not keep the rooms clean. There was also a strong smell of curry on the 3rd floor. The elevator was dirty. This hotel had exposed wires from emergency lights. Not maintained at all.
