Fantastic trip. They were really nice and very accommodating for our very small dog..... they did feel they needed to charge additional money for the dog... so, we will not stay again because that was an unnecessary cash grab for the room it was.

Nice hotel. Not brand new. Staff very nice and helpful. Not sure if there is an elevator. I can’t comment on the pool or breakfast because we did not use / have either of them. Bed was comfortable. All of the main areas of the room seemed clean. Less used parts of the room needed dusting (cob webs in the corner of the room & the bathroom vent). The curtains seemed aged. Overall we felt comfortable here. Nearby is Rolling Meadows Restaurant - very good place to have breakfast or lunch.

Hotel smelled of smoke. Stained bedding. Very outdated and dirty!

Sink drain clogged, big openings under and side of door, no hand towels, window and curtain dirty.

Outdated but nice. Appreciated the extra touches like the makeup wipes. Bedding was comfy.

And we could hear the people above and next to us.
The staff would did not give eye contact and seemed a bit short when spoken to.
The trashcans outside were full of spider webs and the outside definitely could use a power wash.

They did not clean my room on day two of a three day stay. The sink stopper did not work, was removed but not replaced. The table lamp did not work but was later fixed. The tv channel list is useless. The toaster did not work. The back enterance was hard to open

The only problem I had was that the shower curtain rail is very loose. I think I walk in shower rather than shower in a bathtub would be better.

Nice hotel. Clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Walls were a bit thin and I heard people in the halls and the next room pretty late and early. Aside from that it was a good stay.

The location is convenient and pet friendly. It is an older hotel but the inside is updated, clean and the room was large. Breakfast bar had a lot of options. There is no elevator but it is only 2 floors for individuals with trouble walking up or down stairs, request a 1st floor room. Plenty of land to walk a dog close to the hotel.

The soundproofing is very poor between rooms. Some loud people came about 10:00 in the room next to ours and I called the desk and they were removed so I was happy with the hotel. But I asked for a very quiet area the hotel and it was until they came

We were greeted by a friendly young man at check in and were pleased to find a very nice room! Very clean, updated and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again and recommend! Breakfast was included and had many items to choose from.

Stairway to room was very dirty and smelly so smelly it was hard to breath. Felt like breathing chemicals. When I checked in the doors behind desk were open but wasn’t until I started making a lot of noise at desk after several minutes of waiting that someone came from the open doors (10 ft from main desk).

THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND ROACHES. A black bug fell in my ice can the first night then a roach was found crawling on my bed. The next morning I woke up with bumps all down my leg

Our room was very nice, updated and clean but the halls, carpet, woodwork, walls indicates a lack of maintenance. Also, after walking up some steep steps to get to our second floor room, the doors are extremely difficult to open on such a small landing.... dangerous with suitcases.... the breakfast was just ok.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for two nights to attend a wedding in the Fond Du Lac area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was dog friendly; they even offered treats for dogs at the front desk. Huge props to the lady who attends the dining area for breakfast (which was included with our stay). She kept the area well stocked and was friendly and attentive to guests who needed extra help. The only negatives I will mention is the pool area was out of towels and littered with some trash people carelessly left behind. There were also people vaping in the pool area, so I feel not much attention is given to the pool house. It was otherwise clean and overall nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Disapointing after staying at a series of Fairfield Suites really wished we had stayed at one of them nearby. After checking in went up stairwell #5 where there were a couple empty food cups that were there our entire display and just inside the doorway there was a small portable cup of Jif PeanutButter that was smeared just inside the doorway. That was also there for the three days we were there, just smeared a little more each day. There was also a weird smell in that stairwell. Of the two beds in the room the one closest to the window was not very solid on a base and the other was a little higher and had a two by four made base and was a little more solid. Overall not the level I'd have expected for the price.

The hotel was the cheapest option for good reason. It is a tired older hotel. Beds were comfy. Rooms were dated and carpet in the hall was really gross. On the upside the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only complaint was walking into a very cold room. Temp was set on 68 which is cold for us older adults.
