We stayed at this hotel as a group staying for a hockey tournament. Staff were wonderful and they let kids be kids. Parents were able to visit in the lobby without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Great price for the value.

It was clean! I personally don't like the bar door for the bathroom, I feel you don't quite get the privacy. We went to the lounge later that night with friends to play cards and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Top notch Hampton Inn in the excellent company edition. The one thing that would have made it better was seeing a person behind the front desk when we arrived. It took a while before someone showed up. The same thing happened to another patron later in the evening, and he had to go to the office behind the desk to get help. Perhaps coming up with a way that patrons can get the attention of a member of the personnel would be an easy fix.

Loudness in the hallways when people return to their rooms. Once they're in their rooms you don't hear them, but in the hallways the last one to return was two in the morning

Overall we had a good stay. The property was in a quiet location which worked out great for us because we took both of our dogs on this trip. We really appreciated the dog bag station and the amount of space available for them when they had to go outside.

Staff was pleasant but not overly concerned about helping the quests. If you needed something you were on your own. Still following outdated Covid policies (per staff) and you had to request cleaning if desired.

the building faces US41 a major highway as did my room and there was a lot of highway noise. If I go there again I'll ask for a room on other side of the building

The blockout curtains in the room didn't appear to close. So the sun woke us up earlier than we wanted. There was also a used wash cloth hanging up in the room when we got into our room. There was also no lock on the bathroom door - which was a sliding door. And there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
So the mirrors mirrors really steamed up. Overall, the facility was nice though. The AC worked well, and although we didn't use the pool area, it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was pleasant and helpful.

Property needs updates. A large piece of baseboard was hanging off of wall onto floor, bathroom door was a pocket door that would not stay in open or closed position.

Was super disappointed that the pool was not operational due to maintenance. Prior to booking there was a messaging saying it would be down until 8/1/2023. I waited til after to book and message was no longer on website so I assumed all was good. Guess I should have called to confirm. It was the one thing my kids were looking forward to at the hotel.

Room was clean, linens smelled fresh, breakfast was good. My only issue was the fact that the staff was never at the front counter to to check in, greet anyone or to check out. Always in the back room and having to ring the bell

Front desk staff was accommodating when we asked for a room away from the highway due to sound. Very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Good breakfast and clean hotel. Very good stay overall.
