Clean and Quiet. Great breakfast and lounge.

The best stay we ever had at a hotel. Spacious to the max and clean and comfortable. we had the best sleep.

Check-in was slower than it needed to be, and breakfast vouchers weren't handed out without individual id (a difficulty for my wife whose bad back made it hard to get out of the car for that "formality." At breakfast the bananas had a sign warning NOT to take one out (apparently bananas are pricey items that people are trying to steal all the time), Comfortable place, but petty rules!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service is fantastic! Stayed there for a game at Metlife and I will stay there again next time.

Very clean and good location if going to nyc or the Meadowlands. Odd that they call in the morning before check out time and tell you that you have to check out by 11. It was only 10:30. Breakfast was free so no complaining but not enough healthy options.

Stayed while attending a jet game.took the hotel shuttle to and from the game which made it so much easier than driving

Stayed here so that we could attend the Bills/Jets game, which was on Monday Night Football. We were allowed to check in 30 minutes early, and our room was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. The shuttle drivers were incredible. We took the shuttle to a dropoff location about 5 minutes away from MetLife Stadium. The driver was crystal clear in pointing out exactly where we needed to be to catch the shuttle back to the hotel after the game. Fast forward to the post-game craziness. The hotel ran *both* shuttles back and forth multiple times to ensure that all guests got back to the hotel quickly and safely. The traffic was insane, but our driver navigated it skillfully. This morning, we headed down to the restaurant for the surprisingly good breakfast buffet (with great coffee, too). Finally, we asked if the shuttle could take us to the Secaucus NJ Transit station. The answer was "Of course!" and the driver got us there quickly, and we were able to catch an earlier train than we expected. This was the perfect place to stay to attend the game. The staff gets it about extending hospitality and good service to sports fans. We had a very pleasant stay and would book the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel again.

The service was great but for the room tv was super small

We came for a Giants game. And drove over 4 hours. We arrived early not sure if we would be able to check in early. We were told our room was available. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The last time we stayed there was no hot water on the shower. So that was the first thing we checked. We had hot water! The check on staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Having a shuttle to and from the stadium/mall is a huge plus. Granted it is not easy to get a seat on the first run even though you call in advance, but it is as seats are available. It definitely beats a $79 Uber! This was not our first stay and definitely will not be our last. One trip a year to MetLife stadium and we will always stay here if rooms are available.

Too much noise on hallways, people slamming doors for hours and could not sleep

The location was great for getting into Manhattan. The breakfast was delicious and the woman who oversaw the breakfast did a wonderful job. The front desk needed more knowledge to help us learn how to utilize the public bus from Secaucus to the Port Authority. We waited for the shuttle for an hour to pick us up from Secaucus for the 8 minute ride to the hotel. If we had known it would be that long a wait, we would have called for an Uber.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was included.

When I come visit my family I always come and stay at this property. The staff, the area and room is very clean, nice, & breakfast is not disappointed at all . I been coming here for a good while now. Thanks for a nice stay folks 👍👍

Stayed there for four nights. Room was good. Housekeeping service was excellent. Shuttle service was great. Drivers were courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The only thing, feel, needs improvement is breakfast. The items available at the breakfast need variety, instead providing the exactly same item every morning.

Walked in to find hair that was not ours in the bed and bathroom. No biggie but gross. The night before check out we asked for a late checkout. We were told 1 was fine and needed the sleep. We were called an hour before original check out time to leave at check out. I explained the guy the night before said we had till 1 and wrote a note. Was told on ok and hung up on. 30 mins later we were reawoken by house keeping. Then harassed every 30 minutes asking us when we were leaving. I spoke to a manager upon check out and was told the guy the night before didn't have that authority. That's not my problem. They can pull cameras and see the whole interaction. Staff is run by someone who doesn't appear to have very many brain cells and the staff... good lord they are rude. Don't stay here. I would stay at a crack house before being harrased by these "people" again.

Excellent location and staff!

Rooms were very clean but a bit tired. Breakfast was great with good selection. Best aspect was the free hotel shuttle between 07:00 and 23:00. We used it to go the train station so no parking at $22 a day!! Train was 10 minutes into NY and $9 return. Only complaint really is we were at the back of the hotel next to the I3 which is incredibly noisy all night long. Better windows would cut the noise down. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was great. Restaurant was great. Room was clean and spacious. The carpet could have been cleaner.

Good location, clean, friendly service, free shuttle to train station and reasonably priced.

The shuttle was wonderful. The elevators were dicustingly dirty , breakfast was terrible and the air conditioning was really loud. Didn’t get much sleep

We really enjoyed our stay here. The transportation was as really a blessing and it got us to and from the train systems and bus system!One of the bus drivers could’ve been a little nicer, overall Friendly staff! And great experience.

Great value, very comfortable bed and clean room.

The housekeeping staff were super friendly and always had a smile as they were working. Although this is an older hotel, they do an amazing job and keep it clean. Breakfast was better than average. The shuttle to Met Life was appreciated. It saved us a $100 uber ride. Thank you for that!!!

Cleanliness is just top notch and a quite spacious room. We were able to check in a bit early around 3.30 and everything about the room was good. Breakfast options could be better but a great stay otherwise.
