This hotel is average and appropriate for medium to long stays. There is basic breakfast (muffins, cereal, coffee) and a vending machine, as well as a small guest laundry.
The room was clean, but the furniture and fridge are old, and it shows. The couch bed was difficult to open/close and it’s mattress was quite used, but clean.
The staff at front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and attentive and take guests seriously (5-star)!
The only issue I had was that even though there is no smoking within 100 ft of the property, which is clearly posted, it’s not enforced. So persons were often smoking at the entrance, which made for an unpleasant experience coming in at evenings.
- I would stay here again on a budget, as the area is quiet and felt quite safe for me and family. There are also chain eateries and convenience stores nearby (7-11, Wendy’s, ChickFilA…).

We arrived and the manager was very nice. First room had condom wrappers on the pull out bed. Second room had bugs and the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch when we pulled the sheet back. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Hotels.com did refund my money.

I was tranfered to a cleaner room away from pet hair that was in the carpet in room 304 The GM put me in a cleaner room 110 without carpet. This made my stay much better.

This place was so disgusting I had to leave not long after checking in but they refused to give me a refund. It was very filthy, noisy and smelled. It looks like the property hasn’t been updated since the 1970s. I had to check out early as I was concerned for my health. I got a migraine headache immediately and noticed an extremely filthy vent in the AC. Don’t let the hood reviews fool you like they did me.

The property from outside is nice, the room is old and the night service wasn’t good.

It was ok. No problems with the staff or service but you definitely get what you pay for . Thankfully I was only there for one night with my sister. They need to update their furniture. The wash cloths and towels looked like they were over used and not washed at all, so did blankets. The pull out sofa was nasty and damaged. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a last minute booking as our real hotel was cancelled mistakenly. We booked because they were one of the few hotels with openings and the profile on Hotels.com looked decent. However, Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment complex. Several people actually live at the complex. They would hang out in the parking lots playing loud music and added to the overall feeling of not feeling secure or safe. The hotel would not offer room service without an extra charge, they would only replace towels and sheets if you brought them down to be washed every day and then you had to make the beds. They also ran out of toilet paper!!! Yes! Out of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own for the room. There are no hair dryers in the room, the iron didn’t work, and the breakfast consists of instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. The front desk lady, Michelle, was very pleasant and the best part of the stay but the rest of the staff were not as friendly or helpful. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean but the bathroom was very dirty. Couldn't get a good, goodnight rest because all you hear is dogs barking. They were not one physical person behind the counter when needed.

Lost our reservation and blamed it on Hotels.com when Hotels.com still showed the reservation on their end.

Telephone had no dial tone and couldn’t be used so anything we needed we had to go downstairs to ask for.
This was not an enjoyable stay, at all!
Yvette was amazing and did make it right by giving us a walk-in room with hotels.com reservation price and upgraded our room to a bigger room … but the issues we had weren’t worth it.

The hotel was moldy and musty and the rooms were filthy. I got the worst sinus headache while there that disappeared whenever I left the establishment. The parking lot was dirty as well, with random people seemingly living out of their cars. The window in the room I was in couldn't even close properly so ants kept crawling in. Just a nightmare stay from start to finish.

I drove 12 hours with my kids in the car, showed up to a shuttered front desk, and we were turned away when i called the service number. Never got a chance to stay, they took our money, and I still havent heard anything back about a refund. I'm hoping Expedia will step in and protect its customers from predatory providers.

I was so tired and had the bathroom door closed the whole night. Didn't realize my room did NOT have a shower curtain. Called the front desk for one. Manager said housekeeping would bring one.
Didn't hear back. I had meeting to run to. Went to the front desk. Language barrier between front desk and housekeeping.
Did anyone think to use Google translator? No. I had to whip out the phone so I can ask if she found the shower curtain.
*Housekeeping had told me she left it at the front desk. Went to front desk, they said no.
All she could have done was give me another room to shower since housekeeping was cleaning anyways. I don't know.

We paid online, then got there at 11:00 P.M. after driving 6 hours and we were tired! NO ONE was there to let us into our already paid for room. I kid you not, the 2 phones on the wall were BROKEN. It was nearly an hour later, when someone finally showed up. And there were no sheets on the foldout couch bed, nor anyone to call to get them! And the fold out mattress was 30 years old with PEE STAINS. Room sleeps 4 and there are no sheets AND ONLY 3 PILLOWS. and there were NO CUPS, NOTHING, NOT A SINGLE UTINSEL IN THE CABINET OR DRAWERS AND NO ONE TO CALL! NEVER COME HERE!

The building is very run down everything is really dingy yellow The carpets are dirty and stained the walls are marked up the bedroom had bugs in the bed we ended up leaving and not staying and was not able to get a refund

The area is very convenient to everything in the area. Ms. Michelle at the front desk was VERY helpful. My suite was perfect.

Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast food options were muffins or nature valley bars. Linens for the sleeper sofa were not in the room. We had to walk down to the front desk to retrieve them. The water in the sinks and showers smelled like sulfur. The kitchenette had not a single pan, plate, or utensil.
The place was clean but that’s about all it had going for it.

I stayed 2 days, too much noise tru people above my room and tru the bathroom pipes. Found and kill an adult german cockroach in desk next to kitchen. Bath room was not clean . Petty out date. Hotel staff was nice. Free breakfast was weak = muffins, granola bar and coffee, tee and hot chocolate thats all.
