Money hungry Rude staff

i had a miserable experience, so there was not much to be happy about.

the gate to the pay-to-stay parking lot grift was constantly broken. the smoke carbon monoxide alarms in my room and others on my floor were constantly going off, triggering anxiety and panic attacks for me and disrupting my workday. no explanation as to why the alarms went off. engineering crew didn't know why, yet the engineer, hotel manager, and front desk staff refused to call fire dept to check co levels. the manager lied to me about room availability on other floors to escape the situation. she only offered other rooms on the same floor. no comp was offered for my troubles. The hotel itself could be nice, but is out dated, dirty/dusty. The shower head was broken. trash left on the floor. horrible, terrible, don't go here.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They couldn't have been kinder!! We were in town for my husband's sister's memorial and I wish we could have stayed longer!

No complaints or dislikes!

The front desk are completely oblivious on customer service.They need to train workers at this facility on customer service skills.

The fact after three hours and 30 minutes of problems with booking.com and days inn plus the Sheraton that I was going back home.

They treated people rude and make up lies, lobby was messed up,a lady came out and stated a shuttle bus could be coming and we where in the way it was 11:30pm at night I don't think a bus was coming that late but I moved anyway and another car did the same thing and nothing happened to them.I had a service dog and they where calling my dog a pet which I have been there before during the hurricane.

The front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to get checked in even though the company who reserved our room lost our reservation.

The room was pretty dated and we did find a random bug in our room. That always creeps me out, I don’t think it was a bed bug or anything like that. Probably came in from the balcony.

We stopped by the Irish pub in the hotel, had a beverage and an appetizer. Excellent!!

Parking was $8 a park. I'm not use to that. Big city .

There was confusion with the booking, I included the breakfast in the price, but somehow the booking did not tell the hotel that the breakfast was included. So, they gave us a couple of free breakfasts until I contacted Booking and solved this problem.

The rooms were very old. The furniture with many scratches. The hotel itself is very old. The parking was not included and it costs $15 a day. That is very expensive. The breakfasts were the same things all 8 days that we stayed. And very little choice for the breakfast.
