This is our favorite extended stay to go to, we just never really have the same experience at other properties. We never have any complaints or problems and I love that and if there is anything wrong they solve it quick and efficiently. The staff was so nice and patient , everyone of them.

I think the interior just needs to be updated for all extended stay in general. I don’t really like the material for the shower either when my OCD kicks in, since it’s hard to actually tell if the shower is clean or not it makes me not want to get in but that’s more of a me problem.

Das Studio war sehr dreckig, nach 5 Minuten sockig laufen, waren diese schwarz. Sofa und Sessel von Katze zerkratzt und generell sehr angewohnt - aufgerissen, fleckig. Kühlschrank müffelt. Küche ebenfalls sehr angewohnt. Tierhaare und Dreck unter Bett, Sofa und Sessel, hier wird wohl niemals sauber gemacht. Klimaanlage pustet direkt aufs Bett. Frühstück zwar inkludiert, besteht aus abgepackten Muffins, Riegeln und "Kaffee". Pool war ungepflegt.

The hotel was rundown compared to the photos on the website. It smelled of weed and wasn't very clean or comfortable. The staff was nice to deal with despite the condition of the hotel.

It was really quiet most of the time. It was cozy.

The pool could have been a little warmer this time of the year. It was shockingly cold. The elevator wasn't working when I got there, so I had to lug a bunch of things up the stairs. I couldn't get a fork; I had to find a plastic one in my van, which luckily I did. I couldn't open a can with the can opener they gave me. The continental breakfast options are the most limited I've ever seen, so I never went the whole week I was there.
