Great Hotel and Staff. Location is close to airport and town, hotel also offers shuttles to both. Breakfast buffet, Room service and Sushi restaurant were all top notch! Spa was amazing and hotel has a 7/11 for any last minute needs.

Besides staffs (Mamata) are extremely helpful and friendly. There is nothing to do around the hotel. Sadly you have to paid fee to get in the swimming pool!!

Seems hotel still thinks its in its glory days and able to charge a premium for the Hilton name. Hotel is dated and 2x more expensive than comparable hotels in the area. I picked the hotel cause the pool looked nice but shockingly the pool is an extra charge! The free razor was good quality. If you forgot your razor and need a shave, I'd recommend this hotel.

Old property that could really use some updating. Entire hotel smells old and stale and our room smelled musty and smoky despite running the air purifier on high. Air conditioning was old fashioned with a dial control for high or low and was only adequate at lowest setting. The room was clean despite the smell. Airport shuttle was convenient and easy.

I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout since I didn’t arrive until midnight and I was very tired. I was offered an upgraded room for a fee. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but turned out to be very worthwhile as the room was spacious and comfortable, and I got a 2pm checkout instead of the regular 11am.

After a long flight we caught the free shuttle to the hotel (30 minutes) . The hotel was a bit dated and the room was sparse with a view of a parking lot.
The service was kind and helpful and breakfast started early. There was a 7-11 in the lobby to help with jet lag hunger.

Very American type of hotel. It seems mostly for airlines staff staying for a night. Included breakfast was barely fine. It is located far for the city and interesting areas although there is a free shuttle service. Rooms and lobby were clean. Bathroom was 1970-style without cold/hot water automatic balance. Almost no Japanese staff making you think you already left Japan. Next time I will pick a hotel near Narita station instead.

Older hotel and still in good condition. I’m sure it was glorious when it was first built with a large lobby. It is located near terminal 2 at Narita airport and they offer free shuttle bus service that arrives at Narita 15 min pass the hour and then 30 min. Pass the hour. There is a 711 shop in the lobby that sell everything you may need.
Free Wi-Fi if you have a Hilton honor number.
Staff is extremely helpful and caring.
If you arrive late at Narita, this place maybe an option.
