I found that the room was pretty chilly when I arrived, it was at 68 F, that was uncomfortable and not eco-friendly. I had a hard time finding the thermostat as it was on the wall behind a wall-mounted lamp. The thermostat's interface was a bit confusing. I liked the breakfast choices and restaurant.

The room was perfect, every small thing was so thought out for the guest. Things like an amazing shower head, tiny Nespresso machine, robe, and even the alarm clock. Though I didn't use it, the pool/sauna and fitness area were modern and had so many useful machines. Even the stairwell was clean and styled. Easy walk to some restaurants and a nice walk by the water. The front desk host who checked me in was incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they are trying to make this a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel but front entrance had eight stairs and no ramp, so very difficult with heavy suitcases. Tudor lounge food was terrible and barely edible.

A great stay here while visiting family, we visit Sarnia a lot and will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. Staff all very helpful and welcoming when leaving/ entering hotel. We didn’t get chance to use all the facilities or dine just due to plans but can’t wait to try on our next visit.

What can I say, it was probably one of the best hotel experiences in have ever had. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the room and bed, the pool and sauna. The staff was fantastic every minute of it and helpful. Bed was soft and fabulous to rest in. The water pressure was amazing. Staying here was fabulous, great food around and icecream. Nice harbourwalks all around. Thank you very much!

The problem was after having repeatedly checked the reservation in advance for our two rooms, suddenly our junior suit was not available on the day of arrival. After long an intensive discuss they "looked again" and suddenly it was available again.........
Also I had repeatedly asked for the two rooms I reserved to be near to each other. They were on opposite ends of the hotel on the furthest away floors. This divided our family in a very inconvenient way.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The downside was the thin walls which made it easy to hear conversation, the television, a cell phone ringing and a barling dog from an adjacent room. In addition, the hallway is dark with a darly patterned carpet which does nothing for atmosphere.

Bathroom sinks are way too small. No ramp on front entrance. Have to carry your bags up stairs. Good water pressure and they give you free bottled water every day. Very nice and large pool. Conveniently located downtown and close to waterfront

There were water stains on the ceiling. Room was comfortable, but very small for what you pay. Blackout blind does not cover all of the window.. makes it pointless. Supplied coffee, water bottles and bathroom extras were nice. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great - walking around to restaurants/bars/waterfront.

Would love to give 5 stars but the buffet l breakfast was not good. Powdered eggs, chewy bacon and slimy fruit was not up to standard for a hotel of this level. Dinner was fabulous and server Ron is a treasure. Room and amenities were top notch. Maybe offer a breakfast menu service in addition to the buffet.
