Near the airport and was able to take a shuttle at no cost! When we got there, check in was quick! 7-11 located inside the hotel was a plus as we arrived late in the evening. Room and beds were comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Small, modest but comfortable bed and sheets. Water gets super hot for showers. Loved it. It has a seven eleven inside where I got my phone charger that I forgot. We also got the Disneyland tickets in that store. Nearest train station is 32 min walk or we took a taxi some days. The restaurant has decent prices and it’s all you can eat. Great is staying with large family. Very convenient with the airport shuttles. I would pick this place over and over.

There is much improvement in breakfast food options. We entered the on-site breakfast restaurant before 9:30, but were reminded by the female security not so friendly after she saw me getting food close to 9:30.
The night robes provided in the room smelled so sweaty that they were like not washed at all although nicely folded.

Narita Garden hotel’s rooms are Huge in comparison with other Tokyo hotel rooms. They have a great shuttle service and they have a 7/11 inside their hotel and a mini mart within a few minutes walking distance. We always stay there

We have had pleasant stays here on previous visits through Tokyo, this recent overnight stay was also very satisfactory. The shuttle bus is a great convenient service. We especially enjoy their breakfast; very reasonable cost when paid for when booking a room.
One thing that would be most helpful to anyone that might use a cell phone or laptop or cpap or any electric device : provide electric outlets near the bed. Rooms seem very dated without such essentials.

Room was extremely reasonably priced. Very big and spacious room. each twin bed was very big and comfortable. Best was the hotel shuttle from airport n the city shuttle to get to Omotesando street. They’re all free. Made it easy to connect to the Shisui Premium outlet bus too

This hotel was awesome. It was quiet overall and it is really close to Narita Shinsho-ji. If it is your first time in Narita, go to Shinshi-ji and try the Unagi.

Located out of the way in the Narita greenery. Frequent shuttle service makes up for its location. Basic hotel with larger than usual room and great amenities such as a gym and dyi laundry. Shuttle goes to Airport, local rail station, and large local shopping mall runs all day every day. This airport is frequented by staff of many airlines.

This was a great hotel by the airport. It was very convenient to have a close place to get over the jet-lag. They had a convenience store within the hotel, a place to fill up thermoses with water, the rooms were spacious, and the hotel had plenty of amenities for guests. The only downside was the area by the hotel which didn’t have the most to do. However, there is still plenty of beautiful areas to explore by foot and bus in the area.

As we were on transit flight to Boston, generally we had a good stay and a good night rest before flying out the next day to Boston.

We only had a night here as a stopover, but were so impressed with the hotel. The breakfast was magnificent, the staff were super helpful and the airport shuttle extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and staff were caring and diligent, the man at the desk got me ice when I came in overheating on a very hot July day! Great place for international travellers, a little old fashioned but feels as welcoming as a granparent’s house :) いろいろとありがとうございました。すぐに戻って来られるといいですね！

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped for the price. Also, the bus to the airport runs from around 5am, so it's convenient for early morning flights.

The hotel is a stone's throw from Omori Station. There is a 7-11 shop attached to the hotel, convenient!
The staff are excellent, always very willing to help.
