Breakfast was great!

This is a very nice hotel right off of 465. The woman at the front desk was amazing and kind. My only complaint is it DOES NOT have a hot tub as advertised on Expedia.

Customer service at this location is top notch! The staff were all so nice and helpful! Had a late check in during their shift change and they were both very nice and they apologized for the wait (it was literally like maybe 3 minutes) which was not a problem at all but did appreciate the communication about what was going on. All the staff we encountered the entire weekend were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh and the worker kept it nice and clean and well stocked. The pool is small but was a good temp so that made the weekend even more enjoyable. There is a patio right outside the pool for smoking so we could step out and still keep an eye on our child (she is a good swimmer and old enough to be in the water for a few minutes without us being right there). The location is nice. It was peaceful at night with the windows open (as long as the sound of traffic doesn't bother you). It's close to several restaurants and shopping. It's not far from downtown and is right by a main highway so easy to get around the city. We will definitely be staying again!

Overall a nice place. Decor was a bit lacking or out of date. Great breakfast, nice staff. Loud guests until late in the night, unfortunately.

Great service

The room was cute but rather small for a king-size room. I don't like the elevator lift. it makes some strange sounds during the ride and the interior is shabby.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, quiet and reasonably priced. It was everything we wanted for a quick overnight stay.

The facility was clean, however, we were very concerned about the possible germs being spread at the property. Our room did not have any hand soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom, etc. I went to the front desk and asked if they had hand soap. They answer was no. I thought maybe the attendant had misheard my question, so I asked the same question again. The answer was no. If the rooms have no hand soap in them how many germs are being spread in the facility? We did not have enough washcloths in our room. We went to the front desk and asked for additional washcloths. The attendant said that there were no washcloths because their washer was not working. She said that the laundry needed to be taken to the laundry mat. We did not check in until 6:30 pm. In my opinion the hotel would have known that there was a washer problem early in the day and should have gone to the laundry mat earlier in the day so hotel rooms could have been appropriately stocked. We chose not to eat at the facility knowing that rooms were not stocked with hand soap.

Great place for the price! Staff was great! We experienced a problem with the window unit, the staff didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and immediately compensated us for the inconvenience. Clean, quiet and great area for shopping and many restaurants to choose from, all near by!! Overall a GREAT experience!

Great stay

When I checked in Jalen at the front desk had me do a $150.00 ghost charge to my debit card seeing as how my reservation was done through a 3rd party website. But when I brought it up in the morning the man at the front desk said that Jalen should not have done that and quickly went in and refunded it. I hate to say it but that was the only negative thing. And I believe on the Expedia app it indicated that the hotel had a hot tub. There wasn’t one for the guests to use.

The staff was very welcoming, hotel was very clean from the parking lot, inside lobby and the room was perfect! Highly recommend. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. My only suggestion would be having brighter light bulbs in the sink area. Otherwise, greats place and would definitely stay there again.

This seemed very new and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room we rented was supposed to have a King and a double pull out couch, but the pull out was way too small for two. Other than that , it was excellent

Sucked and pool was disgusting

We stayed to attend a dance competition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was very clean. Would stay there again.

Check in went really well. Went up to my room which was very welcoming with light left on in the room. I enjoyed by stay and would stay there again.

Everything was okay until the elevator broke down twice causing you to have to walk up the stairs and I was on the third floor. As guest we should’ve received a complimentary night stay or a night charged backed to your card. Thank you

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have many options and the waffles were not so good. This hotel listing says it has a hot tub, but it does not. Overall it was decent for what we needed.

We were in a handicap room as my sister is in a wheelchair. We loved the room. But the toilet was not tall enough for her to get herself off without help. If she had taken a shower the tub side would have been too tall. Otherwise this room was great! She could easily get in and out of tge bed and use the fridge and microwave.
