Great stay very clean great location and hospitality was great the only thing was there were kids running around and being loud most of the night but we didn’t mind the kids just seemed to have thinner walls overall the best we have stayed at in a while.

Service was excellent. The only issue we had was that the room was not ready when we got there after 5pm. We were heading to a concert and wanted to get things settled before heading out. Everything ended up working out.

The stay was okay. The customer service was great, food at the bar and service was good as well. The hotel needs some upgrades, it's kind of dated.

This hotel was very accommodating! We got there super early and Mr. strokes was able to let us check in early! Loved the hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel. We weren’t able to do a late checkout due to the football game but overall 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Paid for a king bed and got two beds instead. Went back to the counter and asked for the king bed and was told they didn’t have any. No messages to let me know, just found out as I walked into the room.

Second time staying here to attend a concert at the Toyota Music Factory and it is perfect. Easily walkable, lots of dining options, and perfectly peaceful and quiet after the concert.

The lobby of hotel was very clean and nice. The room however was dusty and there were stains on walls and ceiling of room. Shower had mold. Very outdated when u get to room.

For the amount of money you’re paying per night. I didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast that was all wrong. I would choose some where else next time.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff , clean very comfortable rooms with great shower amenities but no food choices other than the expensive not so big menu at the hotels one & only eating establishment. No where close by to walk in the heat to grab a quik bite. Would definitely bring something for breakfast next time as rooms have mini fridges.

My room was absolutely amazing. The hotel is right in the center of everything giving the perfect ambiance.

The staff put me a twin bed room when I paid for a 1 king bed room. Also I wanted to be on the highest floor but was given the 2nd floor instead due to no A/C on the highest floor. When I got to my room it was very hot. Although I put the A/C on 68 it still didn’t cool the room as much. The outside view was horrible saw the top of the building roof near the lake area. The shower was not clean it had hair on the shower wall and floor. The toilet water was discolored. There was a slight odor in the room. The floor in the ice machine room was disgusting with dry rust around the ice machine. It was extremely hot in the elevators with no A/C. I will NEVER get a room here again and neither will I recommend any friends or family here due to very poor services.

The room and hotel were very clean. The bathroom floor of my room needed to be swept better. Long hairs all over floor. My ONLY complaint outside that loved the stay.

Not bad. My only complaints are there's no continental breakfast and when I ordered breakfasrlt via room service, they forgot the hashbrowns with my meal. I called the front desk and the rep said she'll contact the kitchen. Never happened and my hashbrowns never showed. I expected to get the food I paid for, but didn’t make a big stink. Kind of a bummer on their front desk person's part.

Awesome hotel. Only issue is that I had a connected room and I could hear the ppl in the room next to me talking very clearly while trying to sleep. Hotel is amazing. The thin wooden door separating rooms is not sound proof! Location is good as well. There are good food options around it's nice to walk or jog around the pond.

Literally booked this hotel to use the pool it advertised. After finding out that the hotel’s pool was not useable, hotel refused to offer refund or compensation. Terrible experience.

I liked the option to choose from a “lake view” which we will chose next time. We were on a short weekend trip and look forward to staying again. Property felt very safe and was well kept. The only issue we had was I’m assuming it was one of the cleaning crew (lady). She was knocking on our door at 9:00 am and said “check out!” My wife said “What!?” and she again stated “check out!” My wife said “uuummm yeah why!?” Very strange and inconvenient I asked my wife was it 10 am yet because we set our alarm to wake at that time to have enough time to check out. Other than that strange encounter we loved our stay. Hope this was just a mishap or mix up.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight due to plane delays. We enjoyed our stay. Wendy the waitress at the bar/restaurant was wonderful to me and my son. Knowing we didn’t have luggage got us some toiletries to get us through and was jist so nice.
No driving service to hotel. That is my only complaint. If you advertise as a airport hotel then you need to provide transportation to and from the airport
